Bring the family, bring the boat & even the dog! This Vacation Getaway is on the deepest canal in Crystal River. Our set up is to accommodate the Fisherman, Scalloper, Scuba Diver or just to relax on the water to watch the sunset!

We are a short drive away from Downtown Crystal River, Homosassa Springs, Floral city, Cedar Key, and Inverness!

50’ Seawall- 30' fixed dock boat lift lowers into the water during your stay or you can use the lift if you feel comfortable! (use at your own risk) There is also a 12' floating dock perfect for boats up to 40', or to launch paddle boards and kayaks!

Less than a mile from Fort Island Trail boat ramp, minutes from Kings Bay, Three Sisters Springs and about 3 miles to Fort Island beach where you can watch the sunset into the water for a perfect close to your day 😊

Multiple restaurants & watering holes on the water by boat or by vehicle plenty for the family friendly atmosphere. Live music is almost always available.

Take a left out of our Canal - minutes to the Gulf of Mexico for Grouper, Snapper, and Scalloping. (Please Check FWC Regulations For Seasons)
Turn right out of our canal to head to Kings Bay, Three Sisters Springs, or Hunter Springs for some fresh water fun, see the manatees, or go to restaurants.

Putt Putt golf is our newest addition to downtown Crystal River, family owned and a local favorite with plenty of restaurants to catch on your way back. Only about a 15 minute drive.

Home includes an outside 5 burner grill, Washer & Dryer. FREE WI-FI. Fully furnished, just bring your necessities & let the adventure begin!
Plenty of parking for 4 vehicles & one boat trailer across the street (from driveway).

Master has a new adjustable king bed.
2nd bedroom has a queen and a twin bunk bed.
Living room has a day bed with a trundle bed.
Kitchen is fully stocked: Range, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig (with pods) and reg coffee pot, blender, toaster and toaster oven. Plenty of linens and bath towels.

Outside: Dock with shore power, fish cleaning table, floating dock for kayaks or getting on & off your boat, grill, chairs and picnic table. Back yard is fenced in. No fence along dock.

Pet friendly location: If bringing your pet, please select traveling with pets, service fee is applicable.

Great stsy

This was our 2nd time staying at the property. We stayed a couple of months ago for July 4th. My husband booked the property in September for a fishing tournament. Host also leaves fresh baked cookies upon arrival 😋 We will book again in the future!

Great House at a Great Location

Great getaway in a great location. 10 minute boat ride to the springs or a 10 minute boat ride to the Gulf. Deep water canal with a boat lift. House can easily accommodate 6 comfortably. Very clean and well maintained. Great host with quick response. We will be back. Thank you

Serene getway

pontoon boat getaway

The property is very clean and has great AC. It is a mobile home, which is not in the details. And says pet friendly, but does not say there will be an extra pet fee in the details. Otherwise, great location for boating to the springs and restaurants. Great boat dock and outside sitting area. The property manager replies very quickly.

Fantastic on water house

Had a wonderful time but unfortunately cut short by hurricane Debby. Great loacation with a dock short distance from the boat ramp. Easy access to the gulf of mexico. Very clean and very well stocked kitchen, linens and even beach towels. Extremely cold Air Conditioning..nice touch was the note and cookies that greeted us..My granddaughter accidentally left her favorite stuffed animal and the owners went out of their way to meet us and get it back to her. Definitely a great place to stay..and I will try to stay there again

Clean and cozy cottage

We had a great time at this rental! The house was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, including foil, ziplock bags, paper plates, paper towels, etc. which was awesome. The lift was perfect for our 24’ boat. Short ride out to gulf or into town and the springs. The bed was very comfortable memory foam, which is huge for me! Bathroom had shampoo, bug spray, etc. The housekeeper left us homemade cookies and even brought by a homemade birthday cake because she heard we were both celebrating our birthdays. One of my favorite VRBO’s. Would stay here again for sure. Thank you!!

This place is perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of everything to accommodate our stay. Even room for our 30ft center console out back. This was our 2nd stay here and would definitely stay again if its available when we come in 2025. Thanks

Birthday Celebration

Rented the property to celebrate my July 4th Birthday & watch fireworks at Kings bay. My city hasn’t put on a public firework display since Covid. So that’s the main reason for our booking. Property as described, fully equipped kitchen & plenty of room! Owner had fresh baked toffee/chocolate chip cookies upon arrival that were delicious! Dock was big enough to park our two boats. The only negative was on my birthday (4th) I was awaken at 7:15AM by the lawn service. I feel the lawn service should've been taken care of prior to check-in. Or communicated that they were coming. Other than that we, enjoyed our stay & would recommend/stay again!

Family scalloping trip

Our family of 4 stayed here in May 2024. We will definitely be returning! The house was immaculatley clean and had everything that we could have possibly needed. Plenty of room for more than 4 people. The dock had plenty of space for our 25 foot boat and the lift was great. It is located just minutes away from some great restaurants and its a quick boat ride to get offshore. The owners were always super easy to get in touch with should we need anything. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home, we will be booking again!

Great staycation

It was just what we needed. Wife called me when she got there, since I was getting the boat in the water and going there via river. And she was so blown away and happy about it. We had a great time and love our stay. Would stay again

The house is decorated so nicely. We had a great time. Kitchen was very easy to cook in. All the rooms were big and roomy. Very comfortable and will definitely stay here again.

Fishing Trip

My husband and I took my son and a buddy fishing between summer and fall semester. The fishing was so-so, but we made some good memories. The location and home were perfect. They could easily get out on the river, but it was easy enough to run to town for whatever I forgot. Due to the time of our stay, the location was super quiet which was perfect for us. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Fish Camp

The home was clean and decorated nicely. The owners were easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Super close to boat ramp and marina making it easy to bring boat and grab supplies. The town is adorable with plenty of activities to entertain the family.

Great Location

We loved staying here and everything was as described. House is done really nice, yard well cared for. Great communication and easy to deal with. Right on the water with a boat lift and dock. Location was perfect for everything on the water, boat ramp 5 minutes from location and many good restaurants within 15 min by car or boat. We recommend and will stay again. Thanks
