Detailed and thorough check-in instructions. Very clean and beautiful home with great outdoor space to relax by the water. There was fresh baked cookies upon check-in which was a nice touch. Spacious dock made for easy access in/out of scalloping as well as cleaning station right on the dock. Trevor was very kind and responsive. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for our visit to Crystal River. I didn’t bring a boat this time, but fantastic dock setup and great setup for hanging out by the river. Our scalloping guide was able to pick us up by water, which made the day much easier to manage.Owner communication was great and they even set us up with a personalized entry code, so we had easy and “memory proof” access. The loving space was well appointed and had everything we needed for a long weekend. I would definitely stay again!

5-star stay! Clean home, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, plenty of space, and a great boat dock. We would definitely come back — just bring no-see-um repellent.

Trevor was an excellent host. He was always available to answer any questions. The home was so immaculate and had all of the necessary conveniences of home I would definitely recommend this vacation home.

Accurate description of property and ample space for everyone. The host was extremely helpful and communicative. We had a great time taking time here. The deep water canal & boat lift were great for beating the weekend boat ramp lines.

A wonderful place to stay! The house was clean and had all the things you would need for an extended stay. The host has definitely paid attention to the little things. The dock is a wonderful place to relax after a busy day.
Relaxing outdoors.
There is a fence around the property that makes it safe for pets to roam.
Pet friendly property.

The property was amazing! The fenced in yard was such an added bonus for our dogs. :-) the water access and dock was exactly as described and a perfect fit for our boat. The house interior was very well kept, and we had all of the necessities we needed for a great long weekend

Clean, fun, fast and easy

The home is supper nice and the dock is easy to use with my boat and paddle boards. Love the location. It made it nice to go anywhere we wanted.
