AMAZING host! Great communication from the host and very clean house. We brought our boat and didn’t have any trouble keeping it on site. We were very happy with our stay and look forward to staying here again!

The house was perfect for our family. Well stocked with essentials and Annie was very easy to communicate with. We brought a boat- getting in/out of the driveway was a little tight but manageable. The dock was great for fishing and the kids also enjoyed the kayaks and the pool.

Awesome property. We travel 8-10 times a year and this host is by far the best. Great communication without being pushy, the house is stocked with everything you could want want on vacation. The property was clean and the outdoor area is incredible. Shade by the pool and the floating dock are perfect for crystal river

We had such an amazing time! Easy check in even early, on arrival my dog was treated with love! The hospitality of the host and great communication! The pool is refreshing on a hot Florida day with great sunrise views, kayaking to the beautiful areas. Had the captain pick us up on the dock and enjoyed a sunset cruise also location is perfect we went to Ozello for an airboat ride that was amazing in the flats! My family will be back! This is such a wonderful place to stay!

Annie was a fabulous host, readily available to answer any questions or make suggestions for activities, dining etc. The home is perfectly located to virtually everything in the Crystal River area. Clean and so functional. Beautiful kitchen! Comfy accommodations throughout. Pool, waterfront views it’s a gem. Highly recommend.

Annie was an excellent host. The house was very well stocked with everything you could need from the kitchen, to the bathroom to the kayaks. It was clean, the pool was clean and the dock was so easily accessible. It was wonderful to sit on the lanai and watch the water. Thank you!

We had such a relaxing visit - the host was very responsive and incredibly thoughtful. We had plenty of suggestions of things to do in the area and activities at the home to keep us entertained. We enjoyed cooking in one night - the kitchen is well stocked and brand new. The sunrise and sunsets over the water are a real treat and our kids were thrilled to see so many animals (crab, fish, otter, ducks and turtles) during our quick weekend stay.

This house had everything. We kayaked right from the dock to see manatees in the same spot where tour boats were. We loved the screened porch. Annie had so many lovely touches for Valentine’s Day. She checked in to make sure we were safe through a quite impressive storm. This was our 2nd trip to Crystal River and we would book this place again.

We had such a wonderful stay with Annie and Kent. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and intention you both put into hosting. The thoughtful touches made us feel genuinely welcomed, and your kindness throughout our stay truly stood out.What meant the most was your generosity with your time. The check-ins to ensure everything was perfect and the unforgettable boat ride were beyond anything we’ve ever experienced. It felt less like a transaction and more like being welcomed by friends.We also absolutely loved being surrounded by nature and seeing the manatees. That was truly a bucket list moment for us and made the stay even more memorable.Thank you as well for the flexibility with check-in and check-out. That level of hospitality is rare. It’s clear you host not just with professionalism, but with heart.We left feeling relaxed, grateful, and already talking about coming back. Anyone would be lucky to stay here.

Annie's place was exactly as described. The house was exceptionally clean and well equipped. We made good use of the porch, pool and dock. I recommend this property for anyone looking to take advantage of scalloping or visiting area springs.

Great house on the water. Very comfortable and everything we needed. We kept our boat on the floating dock which was extremely convenient not having to fight the boat ramp each day. Best part was coming back from scalloping/fishing each day and jumping in the pool.

Great location, comfortable and well stocked property, beautiful views. We really enjoyed a short 3 day getaway with our pup at this property. Owner was very responsive and provided nice little extras at the property (dog bed and bowls, "in case you forgot anything" basket, even a cold bottle of champagne).
