Have fun with friends and family at this stylish place. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen and large living room make this the perfect spot to relax and be within walking distance to the Hammock Community Center and the Flagler County Malacompra Park. You will love the large yard and all the shade trees! Inside, you will enjoy the bright, coastal vibe with large couches & 55” tv along with the dining table with seating for 6. The whole space has been completely remodeled and is all new!
Kitchen - You will enjoy the large open kitchen with full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender and Keurig coffee maker. This eat-in kitchen also has a large dining table with seating for 6.
Living Area - With plenty of seating on the couch, love-seat and chair you will be able to relax with your favorite Netflix or Prime show. Just login and enjoy!
Bathroom - full bathroom with shower/tub combination has been updated in the same style as the rest of the home and also includes a Bosch Washer/Dryer set.
Master Bedroom - complete with a queen size bed, 32” tv and chair, the master bedroom is a stylish and spacious room with a closet with plenty of room for bags and clothes. Extra bedding located in the closet
Second Bedroom - with a fresh, coastal feel this cozy bedroom has a double bed, dresser and a spot for hanging your clothes.
You can also relax on the patio and enjoy the spacious shared yard and hammock. Please no smoking or vaping inside the cottage.
