Thank you for hosting us at your cute apartment! It’s a little bit of a learning curve on getting to the action on Broadway But we found ourselves walking one way and UBering back. It is a little bit of a walk. Still close to everything Nice perk with parking. We had a fabulous time!

Exactly as pictured, very comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen utensils and glassware and such. Quiet building, excellent location in heart of The Gulch.

Not perfectly clean, but definitely worth it. We were able to walk almost everywhere, it was easy to find, and a great set up for five girls! Very safe and secure as well, I never felt uncomfortable!Host was very clear about check in and check out instructions and contacted us early enough for both.

Perfect location for visiting local shops and restaurants. Easy walk to Broadway. Access in and out is a little tricky but also felt very safe for our group of ladies. Apartment was well maintained and very quiet.

Location was fantastic and the apartment was cozy - meeting all of our needs. Host was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend and would absolutely rebook when in the area again.

Perfect place to explore Nashville. An easy walk into the city or a cheap Uber ride. The apartment is comfortable and clean. Would stay here again!

Great Place and area

We just stayed for one night but was the perfect location for what we were wanting to do in Nashville. Place was clean and had everything you need for a stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Gulch Stay

Clean, safe area to stay. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants & bars. Listing was exactly how the place looked.

We were very happy with our stay. The condo is very well laid out with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Beds were very comfortable, living room furniture was comfortable. AC all good. There is one fan which helped with the train noise - it would be good to have two fans, one for each bedroom. The location was perfect, very walkable to broadway (under 15 minutes) and we walked to and from Nissan Stadium (under 40 minutes). Good breakfast and lunch options very close. I gave a 4/5 for cleanliness - the major things that we care about were clean like bedding and shower. The bathroom sinks in Master were both clogged, and as others have said the place could use a really good deep dusting/cleaning. Overall a very good place to stay for location.

Clean, spacious, perfect location for our purposes. Property owner/manager was extremely accessible and friendly. Will def stay here again.

Wondeful location, spacious, and super clean.

This location is an excellent place to relax and enjoy Nashville, very close to everything. The host was super responsive and the place was super clean and spacious. We will be booking again.

Great place to stay!

We loved staying in The Gulch! Walking distance from Broadway and across the street from Biscuit Love. Great restaurants and bars near the apartment that aren't as crazy as on Broadway.

Place was nice, was pretty much as described. Check-in not so great. Check-in instructions were detailed and good, but even they were followed, getting into the building was very difficult. I did what it said but the call box did not work properly. First I got a message saying invalid something, then I got a busy signal. I had to reach out to host, but even then I was not buzzed in. I ended up just going in when someone came out.
