2023 Summer vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was conveniently located to the beaches and restaurants. We had some difficulties with the Wi-Fi and I would suggest mounting the dishwasher into the cabinetry. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

Amazing townhome! Super clean and spacious. Super close to beach, not far at all. Swimming pool was not as big as we would like but the water was nice and warm, not bad at all.

Amazing accommodations for a fantastic weekend!!!

My family loved this condo. The unit is large and felt very open because of the high ceilings. The large kitchen is a plus and had everything we needed. The bedrooms are large and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The colors and decorations are perfect and definitely have that island vibe. We are a family of four and never felt crowded. This condo could comfortably fit a larger family. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Home!

We loved the close access to the beach. Upgraded and clean! Big plus was the washer & dryer and spacious bedrooms.

Nice location

House is very spacious and clean. Pool too small without enough sitting places. A Keurig coffee maker could be nice and oil to cook. King bed can use a replacement mattress.

Excellent Condo - About 1/2 block from beach access.

We would definitely stay here again, it had everything we needed and was pet friendly. The AC works great, we barely used the pool, but it was nice to have one; it was well kept. We had an electrical transformer go down outside on the pole, not part of the condo, and Vacasa was over promptly and handled the situation with the city's electrical company out; repaired within 2 hours. Kudos to Vacasa, we like the services that they provide when handling issues and when checking out.

Great family condo

Perfect for the family walking distance from beach and the pool was just the right size to just relax only down side was party in the house behind ours made the nights alittle uncomfortable

Great Beach Condo

Great space and location but TLC needed

We loved the location to the beach and all of the fun stuff Padre has to offer. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. Fortunately we didn’t have anyone sleeping on couch bed because it is broken and the couch was incredibly uncomfortable to sit on. Kitchen offerings are slim. All the cooking dishes need replaced and the oven door handle is broken. Ice maker didn’t work and fridge needs replaced. Dishwasher needs replaced as well. Would totally stay here again just hope those items are replaced before we do.

Amazing 5 star property

We loved the closeness of the beach! The condo was a first class act! Ample space long hall huge master suite w bath and big closet. Loved having a washer and dryer. Enjoyed the pool for a relaxing swim in the evening. relaxing and close to everything. Golf cart rental around the corner and fooderies everywhere. Did not want to leave. We will definitely come back .Great girlfriend getaway!

Nice but in need of a little TLC

Overall, the place was aesthetically pleasing and spacious. We comfortably fit 8 people. :) The condo could benefit from new appliances and dining and living room furniture in the near future. We cooked all our meals there, so we noticed some items in need of TLC. Overall, good experience with potential to be great.
