Loved Blowing Rock and The Pearl

We had such a great time. Very comfortable accommodations. Loved the location - we walked everywhere - shops, restaurants, brewery/bars. Already booked the Pearl for next year!

Weekend stay to celebrate a birthday

We had a wonderful time. The home is very cutely appointed and the VRBO description is accurate. We have two children (5 and 3). They were very comfortable and enjoyed their time as well. The location is close enough to walk to Main St which we did for breakfast and coffee. We highly recommend this space.

Home away from home

I moved right in and the place felt like home right away. The condo had everything I needed and the communication with the owner Mary was fantastic. I walked to Main St. And the restaurants on the highway via Church St. The location can’t be beat for Blowing Rock. I felt safe, comfortable and I’ll hopefully be able to come back next year. The perfect get away!

Wonderful Stay

We were in town for a friends wedding. This rental was a few blocks from shopping, restaurants and activities. Very clean, fully equipped with all the little things and the hosts were so friendly. Many blessings!

Excellent! All five star. Only reason I gave four stars for communication with owner is because everything was so good no need to communicate! Will definitely stay again.

Family Time in Blowing Rock in October

The property and location were fantastic. Very quiet complex. Communication and check in were easy. All rooms were thoughtfully arranged and not cluttered. We had no issues walking to/from downtown with our young kids.

Great Condo!

We really enjoyed staying here! It was nicely remodeled and clean. The main bedroom had plenty of room to set up our pack n play for our newborn. And our other son loved the 2nd bedroom. Plus it’s not too far of a walk from downtown. Thanks Mary!

Cozy and So Cute!

The Pearl was perfect for a girlfriend’s weekend! We especially loved the updated feminine decor and remote controlled fireplace! The apartment complex felt safe, quiet, and was within walking distance to the Main Street, shops and restaurants of quaint Blowing Rock. It was a 5 minute drive to the Chetola Spa. The rental was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Anniversary getaway

We really enjoyed our first visit to Blowing Rock and our stay at The Pearl. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We only had 2 complaints about our stay. The fireplace wasn’t working. I did call and message the owner. She responded via message that the pilot may have blown out. We didn’t have instructions or find a lighter to light it, so that was disappointing. Our second complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom… it was uncomfortable & seemed pretty old.

Perfect stay at 'The Pearl'!

Wonderful ‘girls’ getaway with our stay at ‘The Pearl’! Conveniently located with a short walk to downtown Blowing Rock, we were able to explore, shop & eat without driving our vehicle! The weather could not have been better and the flowers downtown were spectacular! Staying at The Pearl was perfect! The condo is in a safe location, is very clean, comfortable, has updated décor, linens provided…everything we needed! Excellent owner’s communication – friendly & prompt! Yes, we would stay here upon a return trip! :)

Very comfortable accommodations

Very comfortable accommodations. Nicely decorated. Fantastic location. Neat and clean. Host was very accommodating and accessible. The kitchen could use a couple more dishes - baking dishes, casserole dishes a few more plates, a platter, a spatula. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. It wasn't a problem for us but it should be stated that the condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

Very nice condo!

The "Pearl" is just that...a hidden gem. It was so lovely and comfortable, very clean, nicely decorated, and in a great location. The condo was recently remodeled and everything was new! I loved the special touches like soap dispensers in bathrooms and kitchen, makeup cloth, candles, linens, and throws. The beds were very comfortable as was the sofa. We enjoyed relaxing and watching movies. The added accessories made the space feel very inviting. We enjoyed walking to dinner and shopping. The coffee cup club was so fun! We enjoyed searching for the right mug to add to the set. My husband found the perfect one! I had hoped to upload a picture. Highly recommend staying here. It is a 3rd-floor condo with no elevator. (not an issue for us). Thanks Mary! AT

Perfect girls ski getaway

Overall we had a great time. It was waaaay better than our hotel stay last year. The girls loved the super cute aesthetics around the fireplace. Very cozy feel. A few comments to consider: The living room and particularly the kitchen areas were cold at night. We turned on the fire place but it never really warmed up. The base board was luke warm at a high setting. Master bedroom was warm - kids room was ok but definitely not as warm as the master. Bathrooms are tight but I loved the shower heads! Consider Roku TV if you are hoping to watch any sports. You will need to subscribe and stream via your phone then stream to TV. Be aware that Uber eats or any food delivery in this area is challenged. Food Lion is right down the road. :) The morning we checked out it snowed so it was great to have the courtyard for the girls to prance in the snow.
