Minutes away from NEW HOWARDS KNOB SKY BRIDGE OVER BOONE. Our mountain house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, and a romantic free standing gas stove with comfortable beds. It has spectacular views and is 5 minutes from downtown Boone in a gated community. It has wireless internet and multiple TV's which have hundreds of channels available. The kitchen is fully stocked with all items needed to make you feel at home. Because of its beautiful mountain setting, we have been fortunate to host many marriage proposals, honeymoons, anniversary and birthday celebrations. It has a washer and dryer for your laundry needs and air conditioning. The neighborhood is a great place to walk with nature, mountain views, and a pond. There is a large deck spanning the entire back which contains wonderful views of mountain tops and valley below. During the winter months you will need 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive during snow season.

I spent a month in this cozy cabin. I felt like I was in my own home. I booked it to escape the summer heat and humidity of my home in the piedmont of North Carolina--and it was wonderful. Cool and you feel in touch with the ever-changing mountain weather. The view is lovely, too. The host was very helpful and immediately responded to my messages. Boone offers a lot, especially music (free concerts downtown on Fridays). The Saturday morning farmers market is really fun, too. And you're close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and other mountain attractions. This is a reasonably priced vacation get-away.

My daughter and I were very impressed with the mountain house! The location was perfect! The house was so clean and inviting! We enjoyed the scenery and the peaceful atmosphere! Great restaurants were close by. We especially enjoyed the Dan'l Boone Inn Family Restaurant and Longhorn Steakhouse! We highly recommend this place for your next vacation!

Enjoyed our stay at this cozy little cabin. Had everything we needed. Favorite part was the view even though the weather was too chilly to enjoy sitting on the deck.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Bueatiful view of the mountains. Bed was comfortable, everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available. I would highly recommend this property for a quiet comfortable vacation.

Our oldest daughter went to ASU and we fell in love with Boone. We purchased the property and have been enjoying it with our children and grandchildren ever since. Unfortunately, we cannot make it to the house as much as we would like to, so we have decided to share it with others who have fell in love with Boone.
