Our ocean view, 1st floor condo is in a great location of Surfside Beach and has easy access to the beach and pool. Enjoy the beach, swimming, fishing, bike riding, walking the shoreline, or golf at the many courses. Our air conditioned condo is a first floor end unit with a private balcony. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath, and sliding patio door to the balcony. The second bedroom features two full size beds and has access to the second full bathroom. A fold-away bed and a cot are also available for additional sleeping space. Each bedroom has it's own TV and ceiling fan. Our spacious condo has an open floor plan featuring a full kitchen and living area with a new Smart TV and DVD player. Internet, cable and WI-FI are available for your convenience. There is also separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. For your comfort there have been several recent renovations include new ceiling fans, refridgerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and TV stand with storage. A bakers shelf has been added to the kitchen for added storage. Enjoy swimming at the beach or relaxing pool side. Don 't feel like grilling or cooking? -take advantage of the wonderful nearby restaurants.

Keywords: This first floor end unit condo has just a 1/2 flight of stairs to its entrance and only steps to a beautiful beach. Enjoy your time on the balcony with a view of the ocean. This spacious 2bdrm/2bth condo has an open kitchen, livingrm area with separate laundry room. For your convenience there are 3 TV's, a DVD, cable, internet access and for the beach, (we provide sand chairs, cooler bags, a beach umbrella, and sand toys for the kids. Relax by the pool and cook-out on the charcoal grill.
Note: For your convenience and to get you started, we provide soap, a roll of paper towels and toilet tissue.

Great Family Beach Stay

Great loaction just a few steps from the sand. Enjoyed the beach, the Garden City and the Surfside peirs. Easy stay that had everything we needed.

Great Location

The condo was clean and well represented online. The owner was very nice and communicated well with us. We loved the location. It was very quite, especially at night. Hope to stay there again - possibly this fall.

Location is great, right across from the beach and on the first floor! Lots of space for a family of 4 and easily for 6 too. Quiet neighborhood and pool. Easy access with a keypad entry. Soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and lots of cooking stuff provided. Host reached out to check in which was nice.

Amazing Vacation Spot

I felt at home walking into this condo, very welcoming. Close to the beach, ocean view from the balcony. Other condo owners were very friendly and welcoming. Close to everything. I'll definitely be back!

Surfside Beach

We had a beautiful stay in Surfside. We had some problem getting the TV to work but our host was very gracious and sent someone to get it fixed. The unit was very spacious and nicely decorated.

Great Location

Property located in very quiet area. Property very clean and well kept. Located on 1st floor with limited steps. Parking very near steps. Property owners very nice, very responsive, and easy to work with. Hope to stay there again.

The condo's location across the street from the beach was convenient. We could go to the beach and come back to grab lunch, grab what we forgot or use the bathroom and get back to the beach quickly. the front balcony does give you a small ocean view. Early in the morning and late at night (when there was no traffic) you could enjoy the sound of the ocean too. Beach chairs and cooler were nice to have. We loved the door lock and security of the condo.Unfortunately, the pool was being serviced while we there there but we would have used it if it was available. Having a garbage dumpster on the property was convenient too.We would return as guests.

Beautiful location near the beach!

My wife, daughter, and I enjoyed the place. It was beautiful, comfortable, roomy, and a delightful. The owner, Joanne, checked to make sure that everything was going well. She responded quickly and was considerate. The place was so close to the beach which would take about 5 minutes of walking distance. I would recommend my family and friends to this place. Plus easy parking and a pool. Thanks, Joanne for allowing us stay at your beautiful place.

Great People, Great Place

We hade a wonderful stay at 104 beachwalk, everything was just as described. Very clean, very comfortable. Jim and Joanne were very easy to work with, and stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process. I've stayed at this location in different units 7 or 8 times, but this was my best experience. We've found our condo for for the rest of our stays in Myrtle Beach. Thanks again Jim and Joanne..

Excellent Property

This has become one of our favorite places to stay! Only a short flight of steps. Lots of space, lots of cooking utensils, and a Washer & Dryer! Right across the street from the ocean. I must not have read the description completely, as we were surprised there was no linen provided. We had to go purchase some towels, washcloths and sheets. I am saving the linen for our next stay!

Excellent getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Surfside Beach the location is perfect. We enjoyed the view and the sound of the ocean even though we were not directly on the ocean. Access to the beach was only a few feet away. The condo was clean and had all the accommodations we needed. We will definitely rent again and recommend it to our family and friends.

Exceeded our expectations

We had an excellent time on our vacation. The location had easy access to the beach and a short drive from garden city pier, shops and stores. The condo was clean and spacious with everything we needed, the beach chairs, umbrella and surf board for the kids were an added bonus. We loved spending time in the pool as well and it was a good size. Joanne was always available to answer our questions. We will definitely consider staying here again.

This has a great location. Being on the end of the building and on the first floor was very convenient. It is spacious. The owner is very responsive and pleasant. I would stay there again.

Moving from the cold of MA, we love the warmth, sunshine and brightness of Surfside Beach. It's just lovely to take long walks at the shoreline and swim in the beautiful warm ocean waters. Our condo complex is small in size with only 12 units and has a warm, friendly, family-welcoming atmosphere.

Living on the first floor (6 steps up) gives us easy access to the beach, pool, and parking. The perfect location to walk or ride your bike to Surfside Pier and restaurants for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Grocery stores, water park, library, golf courses, flea market, shopping, entertainment are all within a five minute (or less) ride away.
