Our ocean view, 1st floor condo has easy access to the beach and pool. Great location enjoy the beach, swimming, fishing, bike riding, walking the shoreline, or golf at the many courses during your stay at our beautiful ocean view condo in Surfside Beach in So. Carolina. Our air conditioned condo is a first floor end unit with a private balcony. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath, and sliding patio door to the balcony. The second bedroom features two full size beds and has access to the second full bathroom. A fold-away bed and a cot are also available for additional sleeping space. Each bedroom has it's own TV and ceiling fan. We recently added "Fire Sticks" to the bedroom TVs. Our spacious condo has an open floor plan featuring a full kitchen and living area with a new Smart TV (6/2022) and DVD player, plus separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. For your comfort there have been several recent renovations include new flooring, updated bathrooms, sliding patio doors to balcony, new stove, living room set, paint through-out, window treatments, TVs in bedrms, bakers shelve for added storage in the kitchen. Enjoy swimming at the beach or relaxing pool side. Don't feel like grilling or cooking? -take advantage of the wonderful nearby restaurants.
