Step inside this newly remodeled ocean view condo in desirable Surfside Beach. New flooring, granite kitchen countertop, living room furniture and washer/dryer. The condo has direct ocean view and is only steps from the beach. There are public beach accesses - located at 12th and 13th avenues. This unit has a private balcony, secure private parking and a large private pool for Beachwalk guests. Outside amenities include a grilling area and outdoor shower. Centrally located between Murrell's Inlet and Myrtle Beach with many attractions to include golf, restaurants, shopping, outdoor activities and MUCH MORE. Linen package can be provided for $100.00.

Great place to stay! We loved being close to everything in Surfside. The condo was neat and tidy and had everything we needed to cook and stay! Will definitely be back.

Wonderful place

This unit was great. Very clean upon arrival. The kitchen had plenty of cooking items which made cooking ao much nicer. It is a short walk to the beach. The pool was nice and clean as well. Though it is not a private pool we were the only ones there the day we used it.This is our families second time renting from Roger and he is great to deal with. The only thing to be aware of is the parking lot can get tight. If you have a bigger vehicle it may be better to park in one of the spots out front. All in all a great place to stay.

10/10 We will be back!

This was the perfect spot for our family of 4! The condo was exactly as described; clean, well appointed, and located close to everything we love about Surfside. The beach access is so close! Roger is very responsive and even checked in with us mid week by text to see how things were going. We will definitely be coming back here next time we visit Surfside!

Wonderful family place to stay

This is our second stay here! Love that it’s across the street from the beach. Pool is very warm and clean. Condo is clean and has so much space (only had 4 people, but 6 would easily be comfortable too). Everything was great, look forward to next year!

Cute condo in a great location!

The condo was very nice and it was located so close to the beach access. The pool was also very nice. The owner provided very detailed and helpful information. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Awesome weekend

A great place to stay with easy check in and out process. I like the fact that Roger kept in contact regarding the tropical storm that had cam thru. Only thing that could be done is the mattress in the master bathroom could be updated. Thanks for an awesome weekend

Location and room were great. Parking was a little crammed and there was no toiletries so we had to buy some but the owner is great to get in touch with and we would definitely stay again.

Great stay!

Overall we had a nice stay! The place is really big, has a full size kitchen, and is very clean. The pool was great to have, and it’s literally across the street from the beach. The kitchen and bathrooms are outdated and could use some upgrades, but it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t change our comfort level or anything. Check in was super easy and owner always emailed back fast when we had questions before hand. We would definitely stay again in the future! The only thing I would suggest is that it just would’ve been a nice touch to have had dish towels, paper towels, extra garbage bags, hand soap, and toilet paper. We had to go out and buy those things. Or maybe at least note in the listing to bring those items. Didn’t change our opinion or rating though!
