Great property and is well appointed. You cant beat the location. Only wish the property had more than one set of keys - other than that , it was a fabulous experience!

Accurate photographs and clean!

The building is very new and condo was clean. Beds are comfy. The owners were easy to communicate with. It was nice to have some basics in the kitchen, like oil, sugar, coffee filters, etc. Thanks for a great stay for my family with three kids, 13,11, and 8!

Weekend Getaway

This property was perfect for our trip! We had tickets to a concert at Petco Park. There is a great coffee shop on the ground floor. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had great views! The pool area was really nice. Check in and check out were easy and communication with the property manager was easy. Would love to stay here again sometime.

Great Description

Beautiful views, just as described. The location is great, especially for Padres games. Close to gas lamp and able to walk to most restaurants. The only thing I would say is that it would be nice to have another key fob. But other than that really great place, would definitely stay here again!

Great location for baseball games

Fantastic place with great views and easy to go to Petco Park or watch from the balcony. Owners were very responsive to any questions I had. Place was stocked with basic necessities.

San Diego

This is a beautiful apartment with amazing views and lots of amenities. I rented it for a birthday trip to visit my brother who lives in San Diego. It was the perfect place for us to stay. The Gas Lamp District is walking distance, which has lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. Highly recommend!

Great experience

This unit was perfect for what we wanted. Close to Petco, the Rady Shell and the Gaslamp. The unit was exactly as photographed. Very stylish, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are big and there was plenty of closet space. The building also has great amenities. We used the fitness center and enjoyed the outdoor pool areas. Good communication from the hosts as well.

Elite location for baseball fans & families

Wonderful 2BR 2BA condo overlooking Petco Park and short walking distance to great restaurants. Beautiful property, fantastic game room the kids loved to play in daily & pools on property. Easy & convenient garage parking. A must stay for any baseball fan or urban dweller excited to see the special areas of SoCal. 30min to La Jolla & SeaWorld!

Oasis in the sky

Beautiful unit in a great building. Close to everything, great walkability. Can be noisy if there are events going on. If you cringe at homeless people, stay away from SoCal.

Amazing views wall to wall

This place was a great find. The building is exteremly clean, new, and well maintained with 24/7 security. The pictures can't do this place justice. The beds are comfortable with quality linens, the washer and dryer is super fast, and they have great AC! There is lot of room to spread out and has two very nice overside bathrooms. Be sure to check out the coffee shop that is very close we did breakfast there every day.

Beautiful views

What you see on-line is what you get. Beautiful views from every room in the condo. If you are a baseball fan you will love it as it has a direct view of Petco, the padres stadium. You do have to go through a sketchy neighborhood to get to the hi-rise, but the building is very safe, and you can safely walk downtown.

Amazing property with TONS of amenities. The view of the Petco Park and the bay was great, could hear the band from the balcony without it disturbing those inside the condo. And, we could see the fireworks, bonus! The surrounding area wfelt fairly safe during the day but I would be Leary to walk around at night if there want a game taking place. But, with so much to do in the bldg and unit we didn't feel the need to go out. Security was alert and friendly.

Great location

Condo was clean and quiet. We found it odd that there was no top sheet on the bed, we found it in the closet. The bathroom is equipped with all the basics. Same for the kitchen. If you are cooking and need more than basics, you need to bring them. Also, you really need a 12 cup coffee maker. No major complaints.

Great Stay

Chealsa what is a great host and very responsive.. This penthouse was so cozy with the most amazing views of downtown San Diego. My 17-year-old niece is a huge baseball fan and from the balcony. She was able to watch a baseball game on Sunday since the huge screen on the field is facing the balcony. It was an unbelievable experience for her. We had been traveling for 18 days staying in a variety of beach homes along the coast in Oregon and California. and it was nice to have a few days to unwind at this place with a different feel. The place was clean and cozy, and had what we needed.

Really cool & clean spot

The views are amazing and the best part. The building is nice and clean. Owner is very fast to respond to questions. Walking distance to almost everything in the Gas Lamp district. And several quick marts and grocery store. Parking is underneath the building. Park near the correct elevator for easy access. We watched a bit of the Padres game at night from the upper viewing terrace of the building where the stadium screen is fully visible. Stay on the stadium side of the building to avoid most of the homeless. Unfortunately every major city has this issue but no one bothered us on our walks. Wi-Fi works well. We recommend bringing a Firestick or similar if you have kids that will want to watch TV.

AMAZING VIEWS

We just returned home after a weeklong stay at this amazing condo in San Diego! From the moment we walked in, the views were absolutely breathtaking! We took in several Padres games. The location was unbeatable! We literally walked right across the street into the stadium! The check-in process went very smoothly for us. We just had to give the owner our rental car information as soon as possible so that they would have the parking permit ready for us when we got there. My 7 and 10 year-old boy absolutely loved the game rooms and the pools! People had warned us about the homeless problem, but we did not have a single issue with it. In fact, the entire week we only saw two homeless people on the sidewalk outside of the condominium complex. The condo building itself is incredibly secure and safe. Any questions we had, Chelsea answered promptly. This is an awesome trip we will not forget anytime soon! My 10-year-old is a huge baseball fan and to be able to wake up in the morning looking into Petco Park was pretty amazing!! Thank you for all the memories that will last a lifetime!

Communication nightmare

The check-in instructions were apparently a conceptualization rather than reality with regard to accessing the unit and parking facilities. Communication with the manager on the need for a parking permit for a rental car was met with “we are working…there’s adequate street parking” and will bring the permit by later tonight. This resulted in a doorbell ring at 10:00pm PST and a paper permit at the door! Really!!!? There’s an active construction zone and homeless people abound! Additionally, I was met with a used face cloth in the bathroom and bathroom floors that needed a good scrubbing. The unit states “penthouse” which connotes the top floor. The unit is not on the top floor. Lastly, no check out instructions were provided. Communication needs drastic improvement. The most positive thing I can offer is the views are spectacular!
