The place was so comfy! The beds were extremely comfortable the location was perfect within minutes of everything we wanted to do we even walked to a few places on our list!The place was easy to access and the host was amazing! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Perfect place for our family of 5 to enjoy a weekend getaway. We loved the comfortable beds, tastefully kept apartment and proximity to Balboa Park. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent communication with the host. Perfect, convenient location, comfy beds, air conditioning, several tasty local places within walking distance. Utilized the parking spot and the washer/dryer, appliances enough to make basic meals.

This was a very comfortable stay for our family that ranged from a toddler to a senior citizen. We enjoyed the space and amenities. The rooftop lounge and grill were a bonus. Location was great. Excellent communication with the host!

We had a wonderful stay while visiting our children in the area. Walking distance to restaurants, breweries and convenience stores. Accommodation was clean and just as shown on listing. Checkin was easy with great communication. Loved the rooftop area, nice spot for morning coffee watching the planes come in and a glass of wine at night watching the sunsets. A few special requests were allowed that made our stay even more special. A big thank you to the owner/hosts. We would definitely stay again! This just might be our regular stay when visiting our children!

This property is a solid choice for a location close to almost everything central to San Diego. And the upper deck is great to catch a sunset and watch to planes go by as they land. We were very happy with our choice.Pros:-comfortable beds-AC works great-great communication and instructions from host-great outdoor sound insulation - could barely hear city noises or planes when inside-cleanCons:- furnished with extremely low-quality amenities (cheap towels, paper products, coffee, kitchen utensils, etc.)Basically all the permanent features of this property deserve five stars, but worth noting that whoever stocks it before each visit is clearly spending as little money as possible.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The apartment is in the flight path, and you can hear it inside sometimes. However, it never bothered us when we were sleeping. The location is wonderful and it is a quiet neighborhood. You can walk to just about anything you would need and the bus stop is only a block away. Everyone in the building was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The host was prompt with replying to our questions and was very friendly. I would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful unit and location. We especially enjoyed the roof top patio. Hosts were responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Very much enjoyed our time and would certainly stay there again.

It was great having two full bathrooms for us and our adult daughter. The beds were very comfortable. There is plenty of room and access to the rooftop is great, for wonderful views. The location is convenient for quick Lyft access and there is a good pub within walking distance. This is a great option to use as a home base to explore San Diego!

Overall a very nice property, nice and safe neighborhood. Rooms were very clean, bathrooms could use little more attention on detail . No complaints. I sure stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

We had a very nice stay. Was as advertised and the roof deck was lovely with a great view! We walked around Balboa Park and to Little Italy several times. We would stay here again!

Perfect for short getaway

As the title states, the location was great for a quick getaway trip with friends. We stayed for one night but wish we could’ve stayed for more as the apartment was very cozy and comfortable!
