Great location in downtown San Diego. Close enough to walk many places but far enough from the central late night downtown area that it was still a quiet neighborhood for relaxing and sleeping. Host gave us a lot of information for the stay. More than enough room for 3 guys enjoying and exploring the city.

Perfect location

Easy check-in, real close to the airport and downtown. Great location. Steve was great, easy to work with and very responsive. We would stay here again.

Great place in a great location!

We had a great stay at this lovely place! Steve was great from check in through check out. He was super helpful in giving us information about the area, his favorite places and how to contact him if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Host and Great Location

Steve was super accommodating and very responsive. Location was a huge plus as well. Right in the middle of everything you want to do and see.

Great property and great location!

We truly enjoy renting this property. This is our second year here. Steve is a great host. The proximity to the freeway and downtown is exceptional. We look forward to renting again!

Nice Quiet Neighborhood

We enjoyed the house. It had everything we needed. The area is residential and quiet but close to anything you need downtown.

Great little spot for a San Diego Break

Very good property overall. Steve was great at communication and his dogs are just awesome too. Glad we got to meet him. Really beautiful little spot and super easy to get around town and to the beaches from.

Fantastic spot

We are always extremely pleased with this property. The location is fantastic and it is always clean and comfortable. We were able to find on street parking nearby each day. We will be back!

Great property and host!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Centrally located to downtown, the beaches, and all the other great parts of San Diego. Steve was a great host. Took care of one minor glitch without a problem. Look forward to renting this property again.

Perfect Downtown San Diego Property/Location

This was a perfect fit for our family of three to explore San Diego and attend orientation at SDSU for my daughter. Very clean and beds are comfy! Steve is super nice and happy to make recommendations for dining and things to do. Overall a great stay! Thanks Steve!

Best place to stay in San Diego!

Everything was lovely! It was very clean, inviting and comfortable! Steve the host is the best and made sure we had a great stay. The location of this property is supreme and made its easy to see and do everything we wanted. I highly recommend this place. It doesn’t disappoint (even the kids called it living in luxury)!

Jennifer You are a gem! 💎 Jennifer experienced some challenges that other guests haven't. She could have easily let anyone of these issues effect her stay or provide us with a negative review, yet she didn't. 👍There was an inconvenience because one of our pedestrian gate locks was stuck, the maids didn't put a base sheet on a bed and we were out of toilet paper and paper towels and the staff didn't replace them. Jennifer informed me of these issues, but didn't let them effect her stay. Any host would be lucky 🍀 to have Jennifer rent their unit. Trust me guests like Jennifer are one in a million! Jennifer i give you 6 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ out of a possible 5! I'm seriously grateful for her stay and if her approach to how she handled the challenges with her stay is any indication of how she handles life.... Jennifer is going to have a very joyous and remarkable existence. Bravo Jennifer! You have my sincere gratitude.

Great!

Steve's property was beautiful and very clean! The furnishings were very comfortable and the place felt like home. It was very close to everything. Steve was friendly and very helpful. We would stay again!

We are close to the beach without having all the filth and drunken noise that accompanies the coastal areas. We are in downtown without being in the areas like little italy, gas lamp and, east village where the homeless like to congregate. We spent a fortune on making sure you experience high end comfort. We purchased brand new luxury mattresses so you will sleep comfortably. We are walking distance to most of what San Diego has to offer without having you contend with unwanted noise or disturbances.

The owner travels extensively and believes in offering only the best, so that you can feel comfortable and and home and experience a truly magical trip.
