Welcome to Riverside Retreat! A spacious 3 bed/3 bath condo located on the 6th floor of Cedar Lodge Condominiums, right on the Little Pigeon River in downtown Pigeon Forge. The property is fully furnished with a fully-stocked kitchen, has 3 king beds with adjoining bathrooms, accommodates sleeping for up to 6 people, and features a large balcony for enjoying the sights and sounds of the river.

Cedar Lodge Condominiums is located right off the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, at Light #8 off Dollywood Lane behind Dolly Parton Stampede dinner theater. There are no steep hills and the property offers a covered parking garage with 2 parking passes provided for each reservation.

Cedar Lodge Condominiums feature an outdoor pool with hot tub, which is open seasonally May-September. The condo is 3 miles from Dollywood & Splash Country, 5 miles from the Tanger Outlet Mall, & 6.3 miles from downtown Gatlinburg!

Thanksgiving Respite

Great location in Pigeon Forge. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms was perfect for our family dynamic. Plenty of room in living, dining, and kitchen areas. The cute holiday decorations and Christmas tree were a plus. Easy check- in and communication. We were there for a week and felt very comfortable. Would stay again. Appreciated the four tvs and great cable and internet.

Cedar Lodge Condo

This condo was exceptionally clean and more than met our requirements. We were very impressed with the layout. There were 3 bedrooms and 3 baths which is a great thing even though we only use 2 of the bedrooms. Would stay here again if the opportunity comes up to need this space.

Great location, great condominium

The condo was very nice, and clean. The kitchen is a little small, but is equipped with all the dishes, pots and pans we needed. We had six adults, and we all enjoyed having the three king size beds. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. There was really no complaints about the condo. It Is really a great place to stay if you’re looking for a nice affordable place to stay.

This place is EXCELLENT! 5-Stars

I thought it would be a nice place but it is possibly my favorite condo I have ever booked on VRBO. Everything was just perfect! It was spotless, plenty of room for 6 people, well appointed kitchen, well maintained, on a quiet street one block from the main PIgeon Forge strip. 5 mins or less to Dollywood. 5 mins or less to The Old Mill District. All 4 adults in my party agreed it was great. I would book here again in a second. I will mention one thing and this is cetainly not a complaint but since we were there for 6-nights and it was 4 adults and 2 children, there was constant laundry to be done. The washer and dryer are very small so be prepared to wash and dry maybe a third of what you would in at typical size washer and dryer.

River was so soothing to sleep!

We took our daughter, her husband & their two little (2.5 yrs & 9mo old) ones to Dollywood! The 3 bedrooms with 3 king beds & baths were perfect for us. We cooked breakfast & ate the other two meals out. Everything was clean & well taken care of! We might just come back!

New Years 2024

The condo was clean, homey, and nicely furnished. The location is perfect-close to everything but just off the main parkway. Covered parking is a plus. Molly, our host, was great. Checkin and checkout process was very easy. A great place to stay!

Amazing!!

Me along with some of the women in my family went on a weekend getaway. The moment we walked into this condo it immediately felt like home! It was so cozy, clean and decorated for Christmas which was lovely! We had plenty room for our group of 5. We ate out for our meals, except morning and night time coffee 😊 but the condo was very well stocked for anyone planning to cook or eat in. The condo was was easily accessible which was great for a couple of the ladies in our group who don't do stairs well, the property has an elevator. The view of the river from the large balcony was wonderful! Overall we were SO pleased with this property, and the owners who kept in touch and were so kind and willing to help if needed. I would absolutely recommend a stay here and cant wait to visit and stay here again!!

Great condo and location!

Everything was wonderful! Beds are slightly uncomfortable, but everyone likes are different with mattresses and pillows. Location was amazing, right in the middle of everything. National park is a zoo and one of the least impressive that we’ve been to, but we live along the blue ridge mountains so maybe we are just spoiled by our views. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Master bedroom toilet had a dirty ring in it, master bedroom tub had water standing in it, carpet needed cleaning, and the living room and Master bedroom TVs would not work.
