Relax at our Waterfront Home

Welcome to our brand new cozy waterfront beach home est 2022. 5 minutes away from Long Beach Island and the beach. Minutes away from neighborhood bay with small beach area; small playground including tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts. Many local and beach front restaurants and stores.

4 bedrooms – sleeps 8 comfortably
2.5 bathrooms
Master bedroom is a king bed with private full bathroom
Second upstairs full bath includes double sink
Second bedroom sleeps 4 – 2 full sized beds – TV in this room
Third bedroom sleeps 2 – day bed with trundle
Fourth bedroom sleeps 2 – queen size bed
Main floor ½ bath includes washer/dryer

Open concept main floor includes large kitchen that opens up to large 25 foot deck with BBQ, overlooking the lagoon. Bring your floats/kayaks/small water toys. Kitchen is fully equipped and includes coffee / espresso machine. Appliances include dishwasher and microwave.

Large dining room and small breakfast nook off the kitchen. Large living room with TV in private section of the main floor. Board games and karaoke machine if you want to just stay in for the night.
Garage includes bikes/scooters video games and indoor basketball hoop.
Walk out to the yard and relax on a swing or hammock. Wake up to fresh crabs in our crab cages in the yard or enjoy smore’s in the firepit at night.
Outdoor shower to use when you get back all sandy from the beach.

We welcome you to stay, relax and recharge at the beach!

The property is beautiful and very clean. Our family enjoyed having multiple outdoor spaces to relax (we loved the swings by the lagoon) and the game room area was a big hit. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were comfortable. Check-in, check-out and communication with Jessica was incredibly easy. Overall we loved our stay here and highly recommend.

Great location- perfect for families

It was a perfect location for our trip. Highly recommend. The house is located on a quiet lagoon and the community is family friendly.

The house was perfect! The outside back area on the bay was beautiful! We used the toys and games in the basement and had so much fun. The grill connected to house gas was perfect! Lots of space. Great large kitchen with back deck to eat and cook! Host was so friendly and courteous. Great communication even when we got locked out. HIGHLY recommend!!! All we needed was another outdoor garbage can for our clean up!

Great vacation

Very nice home. Great location. We found lots of things to do in the area. Family also enjoyed Bike ride, fishing, and the firer pit.

Beautifully decorated, plenty of towels , great back porch , kid friendly basement with enough bikes for everyone, close to crabbing, beach , restaurants and stores

Great place! Quiet neighbourhood. Decent size basement with all kinds of things to do for teenagers. AC was working very well. We definitely loved it all

LBI trip

I was extremely satisfied with my stay and Jessica was amazing and very helpful. This was my first time doing a VRB and it truly went very well and I would do it again.

Great stay. Family/extended family dinners each night. Great space had everything we needed. Highly recommend. Book with confidence! If the occasion arises we will book again.

Beautiful property - nice neighborhood

We had a wonderful time at beach haven west - house was beautifully decorated and very clean with plenty of games and things to do for the kids. Bikes , basketball , video games etc We really enjoyed our time there and would rent again .

Lovely new house near beaches

Enjoyed our time together in this beautiful home. Clean and comfortable. It took only 5 to 10 minutes to drive to the Long Beach Island beaches. Lots of amenities, like beach chairs, towels, a grill on a nice deck, washer and dryer and more.

Family getaway

Vacation home is lovely with all amenities and on the lagoon. Spacious and very clean, quiet and serene this house is perfect for a family. The owners provide bikes and beach chairs, linens, and beach towels, scooters and family games and its just minutes away from LBI beaches. HIGHLY recommend this place. 5 stars all around!
