Welcome to your perfect getaway! This centrally located, new construction home has all you could possibly want on your next vacation. A heated pool and spa, BBQ area, deck with tiki hut, kayaks, office space, outdoor wet bar and kitchen with all the essential cookware. Let's not forget waterfront, canal access! Walking distance to a public park and short drive to groceries stores, restaurants and Downtown Ft Myers!
Unfortunately the paddle boat in the pictures is no longer available.

This spacious new construction home has an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining.
It offers 4 bedrooms, including an office space equipped with a day bed along with 3 bathrooms, one of which has access to the pool. A newly built deck with a tiki hut is available as well as a floating dock with kayaks and a pedal boat!

- 4th Bedroom / Office: Offers a day bed (two twin beds) and work desk and chair.
- The Living Room: Offers a large sectional sofa and accent chair.
- The Dining Room: Table offers seating for 6 people
- The Kitchen: Offers all essential cookware, coffee maker and bar seating for four.
- Primary Bathroom: Offers large shower and soaking tub.
All bedrooms have new Four Seasons mattresses and high-quality linen.

Beautiful home. Great waterfront pool and dock. Spotlessly clean. Spacious. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Nice supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, DW soap, clothes soap, trash bags, pool toys.. nice quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. Close to groceries, restaurants and shopping.

Extremely Clean, Beautiful Home, Every amenity you could ever ask for. GREAT Pool GREAT Hot Tub. Kayaks and the kayak launch was so easy to use. Victor is the best host and responds so quickly. Would highly recommend his property, we even plan on returning!

This house is exactly as it’s advertised! Spacious, clean, and with a beautiful pool & hot tub! The kitchen was functional and we were able to cook meals with the provided kitchen equipment. (Minus a cookie sheet… couldn’t find one) The grill is propane & worked great! The washer and dryer are huge and work very well. We traveled with a baby, and there was a pack & play and high chair available which was perfect. The pool and hot tub were super clean, and the hot tub had the ability to get very hot! Sooo lovely. Victor, the host, was very responsive which is greatly appreciated. Lastly, the dock looking over the water was incredible… there are hundreds of turtles in the water. So fun to watch them! Overall we loved this vrbo, 100% recommend.

Another great stay

It was our second stay at the villa and everything was great. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was so nice and heating the pool was easy and quick. The dock that was added and the available kayaks are a real plus. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property was everything as described. The outdoor lanai was spacious and every comfortable. The home was very clean and livable. Victor the host was accessible and responsive to any questions I asked. Great property. Great vacation.

Our family of five (myself, my husband, 1 teen & 2 younger kids) just wrapped up a 5-day stay here, and "phenomenal" doesn't cover it! From the moment we walked in, we felt completely at home and were blown away by how immaculately clean everything was. The house is stunning, modern, and beautifully laid out for families. Our teenager loved having her own guest room with an attached bathroom for privacy, and our two little ones shared their own bathroom too.The kitchen and open-concept living areas are spacious with top-tier appliances, including a standard coffee maker and a Keurig, plus a grill out back we loved using. The hosts went above and beyond, leaving a thoughtful welcome setup of dish soap, sponges, and laundry/dishwasher pods. Truly, the home had everything we could need—all we had to bring was food! (A cookie sheet would've been handy though LOL.)The outdoor space is where we spent most of our time. The pool and hot tub inside the screened lanai overlook a peaceful canal, the kids had a blast swimming and spotting fish and turtles off the private dock. The only minor bummer: the listing showed a pedal boat and cornhole boards that weren't at the property during our stay. Didn't ruin the trip, but worth noting for future families!If you want a flawless, stress-free family getaway, book this place immediately. We can't thank the hosts enough for a memorable vacation. Would definitely come back!

Great stay

The villa was just as described, very modern and spacious. The pool area with the spa and splash pad is great, in particular with a small child. The pool heating worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable. The small park with a playground nearby was perfect for our family. We couldn't find a kettle and suggest to add one. Other than that the kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The host was really easy to contact in case of any questions. Overall, we had a really great and relaxing stay at the villa.

Review with minor inconveniences

Bbq location couldnt be changed or moved according to the rules but the bbq was in a specific spot where at night there was no light and at day the sun was blaring hot making it uncomfortable to cook in. Also the bbq wasent in the best state as the top was unscrewed and loose

Home is beautiful. Pool and hot tub are perfect. Host was AMAZING. My one complaint, living room furniture wasn’t comfortable. Other than that, house is a 10/10!!!!!
