Several statements in this review need clarification. The front door lock works correctly. The difficulty entering was related to how the lock was being operated by the guest, not a malfunction. You stayed in the home you reserved; you were not moved to another property. Some furniture has been replaced over time, but that does not mean you were placed in a different home. We acknowledge that the photos should reflect those replacements and will review them for updates. I also never stated that I had not been to the home. The property is checked before and after each guest’s stay. Towels were available in the home, and we explained which closet they were stored in the following day. Kitchen dishcloths were also provided. When you indicated that the quantity was insufficient for your needs, we ordered additional ones, which arrived within one day. The allegation about urine-stained beds was never brought to our attention during your stay, and you completed your reservation without reporting this concern. After receiving this review, we inspected the beds and found them in good condition, with none of the staining described. We take cleanliness concerns seriously and would have investigated promptly had this been reported during your visit. We do want future guests to have an accurate understanding of the property.
