This has to be one of my favorite VRBO's! The cottage is absolutely perfect for 2 travelers (and their little dog)! We had everything we needed in the kitchen, the living area was very comfortable, the bed was comfortable and the linens soft and warm, and the bathroom was wonderful! We didn't sit outside, as we had been hiking and sightseeing all day, but I'm sure the night sky from the front yard is amazing! The cottage is very cozy and warm. It is perfectly located to get to the area trails, lakes and the Timberline Lodge.

The space was perfect for my husband and I for our 4 day stay. The cottage has everything we needed to feel right at home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place near Mt Hood but wanting to be out of the hustle and bustle of some of the little towns and villages along Highway 26.

Definitely read the hosts directions to get to the property. Google maps is wrong!!! Otherwise it was a super cute cottage and very pet friendly with a yard to let our pooch out easily.

This place was super cute and clean! We had fun just hanging out, and playing games. The sofa bed was surprisingly very comfortable to sleep on. Would definitely stay again.

The space was very clean and the kitchen was stocked well enough to cook what I needed. The only issue was damage in the shower that was found between last person to rent and myself. The host communicated this well and it was not a big issue.

Cabin for two.

This is one of our new favorites! Great local getaway, 30 min to Timberline, 15 to restaurants in Sandy. The cottage itself is beautiful, clean, and has everything needed for an easy, relaxing stay. Kids loved it and were upset we couldn’t stay longer! Highly recommend and will very likely be back!

Loved the earlier check in time. I have stayed in Government camp most times I was on Hood but needed one night only on a weekend (which Govy did not allow during peak season). This home was well stocked, short walk to town, shower was rad. I will be back. Host was also amazing.

Brightwood Stay

Perfect Base Camp for Exploring Mt. Hood

The stone cottage was very clean and a perfect location to explore the surrounding area for the week. The kitchen was well stocked and the property was well maintained. Jenna was very easy to communicate with, and we will consider staying here again in the future!

Mt Hood getaway

The cottage was clean and adorable. Super close to great hikes. Host put a lot of effort into a wonderful binder filled with great ideas for activities. Would recommended.

Cozy and close to Mt Hood

Wonderful cozy space. Very close to all we wanted to do in mount hood region. Great communicating with host. All the little touches in the space made it wonderful
