Woodlands Studio Hidden Gem

Welcome to the Woodlands Studio located in the Garden City of Victoria. This pet friendly studio is located close to UVIC, Camosun College, and all major amenities. The studio is surrounded by nature and tucked away from the busy city life. Enjoy your morning coffee in front of the wood burning stove or spend the evening stargazing on the patio overlooking a the woodlands property. The studio has vaulted ceilings, an open concept layout and large windows that fill the space with natural light.

The Woodlands Studio is conveniently located close to UVIC, Camosun College, a main bus route, and all major amenities. Downtown Victoria is approximately 15 minutes away by bus or car. Nearby are some of the best beaches, parks, and walking trails in Victoria. Cadboro Bay Village is less than 10 minutes away and has trendy coffee shops, restaurants, home decor stores, a spa, and the well known Peppers Market.

The studio is self contained, has it's own private entrance and is situation away from the main house for plenty of privacy.

The studio accommodates 2 guests and is furnished with a king size bed.
The bed is dressed with high quality linens for a hotel inspired feel.

1 pet is welcomed with a pet fee of $150.

The studio has an open concept layout, vaulted ceilings, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The furniture and decor are inspired by a vintage farm house in a woodlands setting.

Enjoy your morning coffee or a quiet evening sitting around the wood burning stove in the living room.

The kitchen is equipped for preparing and cooking basic meals. The kitchen includes a mini fridge, microwave, induction burner. There is no oven or stove top. There is a coffee machine, French Press and tea pot. Guest are welcome to enjoy the complimentary coffee and tea.

The bathroom has an enclosed glass shower and guests are welcome to use the complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash.
There is no bath tub.

The living area has a 43" Smart TV. Guests can sign into their streaming channels such as Netflix, Disney, Apple TV and Prime.

There are 2 designated parking spaces at the front of the studio

There is a lock box with keys and the code will be provided 24 hours before check-in

The studio is managed by a vacation home property management company.
Guests will correspond with a member from the guest services team.

In Cadboro Bay there are a number of parks and beaches that are dog friendly. Pack a picnic and head to Gyro Park for a lovely stroll on the beach and enjoy lunch in the designated picnic area. The park offers paddle board rentals and the bay is a perfect spot to enjoy paddle boarding. Cadboro Bay Village has a number of amenities including yoga classes, a spa, an award winning grocery store called Peppers, a local pub that serves comfort food, and a well stocked liquor store. Other restaurants include a Japanese Restaurant and an award winning Thai Restaurant (Lemon Tree). There are two coffee shops with outdoor patios. The studio is close to UVIC, Camosun College and a short walk to the bus route that has you downtown Victoria in 15 mins.

There is no bedroom; the studio is one open space

The bathroom does not have a bathtub

There is no washer/dryer on-site

The studio is not suitable for children under 10 years old because the wood burning stove in not enclosed

No smoking, vaping, cannabis use in the studio or on the property. The studio is surrounded by trees/shrubs and smoking can cause a fire

Guests are required to purchase Duralogs to burn in the wood stove

Pets are not permitted on the bed or on any of the furniture

Pets must be leashed at all times. Pet owners must pick up and remove any pet waste from the property. There is a $350 charge for any pet waste left behind or not picked up

The studio was previously used as an art studio and the floor shows cases the creativity of the artists that used the space

The studio is on a septic system so no "foreign" objects can be flushed down the toilet. Do no use use bleach as it will set off a septic warning alarm and damage the septic tank

The studio is located in a residential neighbourhood, no parties or loud music

No smoking, cannabis use, or vaping inside the studio.

Smoking is NOT permitted on the property.

No shoes inside the studio.

Note: Victoria' s noise bylaws are in affect between 11pm till 7am, please respect neighbors

1 pet with pet deposit. Dogs must be on leash on the property and you are required to clean up and dispose of any any dog waste.
