Seychelles 1909 is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with beautiful views of the Gulf from it's private corner balcony! This beachfront condo sleeps up to seven people comfortably. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and an attached full bath! You can step onto the balcony right from the master bedroom! The second houses a king third bedroom has an extra large twin bed. Guest bathroom right down the hall. In the living room you will find a couch that converts to a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. Spend your mornings sitting on your corner balcony or walking the gorgeous beaches of Panama City Beach! Everyone in the unit must be 25 or older unless they are a child of a registered guest. For the Seychelles complex only one car during these times: May 1 through July 27 August 27 through September 3 October- Sunday of Schooner’ LobsterFest, should it occur

We had a great stay at Seychelles 1909. The condo was clean when we arrived and stayed comfortable the whole time. Nice place to unwind after a day on the beach. Would stay here again.

Just as pictured. Could use some repairs as there was an outlet sticking out in kitchen and the doors to balcony were hard to open and shut all the way. But other than that it was perfect and fit all our needs. The view is fabulous!!

I would just like to say our experience was nothing short of excellent! The unit is beautiful, the view is fabulous and the space for our needs was perfect!We will be returning for more scuba diving trips and booking again!

Great stay

We had a wonderful time. The property was clean. Access was easy. Water was beautiful. The guests above us were up and loud late most every night. Overall we would stay again.

Perfect

The best unit in the best location in the best city at the best time with the best checkin and checkout. It doesn't get better. It has the best view of the beach and the lagoon.

Beautiful Room

The room was beautiful, resort was clean and nice very laid back , and not crowed like we are used to at other properties! Management was easy and very fast to respond! I highly recommend this room! (Like everywhere this was stuff that could have been better like the trash wasn’t taken out and a sliding glass door was broken and crown molding was broke but overall it was absolutely beautiful! Definitely will be back! A huge plus is it’s close to some amazing restaurants and boat rides!

The little things

Check in and out were easy though I am not a fan of doing things like that on my phone. The place was nice but the cleaning crew needs some training. Its attention to the little things that made the cleanliness an issue. Over all the place was VERY nice and the view was awesome.

Seychelles Review

I give Seychelles condo and location a 5 star rating. However, I give parking a 1 star rating. We rented a 3 bedroom for 8 guest and drove 2 vehicles. They only had parking for 1 vehicle with no overflow parking available. We had to park one car several miles away and pay a 12 dollar fee per day to park. Very inconvenient and irritating!!!

Fantastic View, Slightly Disappointing Guest Bedroom

This was a great condo, with the highlight being the corner location, windows all around, and a wrap around balcony that we spent a ton of time at. The Master bedroom and 1st guest bedroom were great, but the 2nd guest bedroom was kind of dinky. Very small room with a double mattress on a cheap frame with fold-out cots underneath. It could use an upgrade, but other than that, this was a great rental. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Views!

Great views. We always come back to Seychelles. This unit was by far the most comfortable as far as bedding choices, furniture choices, balcony furniture (although one chair has hardware that is stripped out and caused a little "whoa" moment). I would absolutely book unit 1909 again. The 3rd bedroom could be cozier. One teen felt cheated and the other felt like a princess in the 2nd bedroom. (Other than the cracked mirrored glass on the bottom of the sliding closet door we were not informed of. Please address this.) Overall, this was our favorite unit out of several over the years.

Unit needs some TLC

We have been staying at Seychelles in PCB for many years. We love the location of the condominium. We particularly enjoy the three bed/two bath units and were excited to find this one (1909) available to rent. The view from the unit is unmatched. We could sit on the balcony and watch the sunset every night. The condominium is close to great restaurants and to St. Andrews State Park. We call this the "quiet" end of the beach in PCB. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze. Elevators were a very short wait and a very quick ride. Parking was easy. There was a good quantity of supplies such as two rolls of paper towels in the kitchen and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom along with travel size soap, shampoo, etc. The unit, however, needs someone who cares to come in and do some repair. The walls are banged up/chipped, crown molding is coming off the wall, every towel rack/toilet paper holder was one light pull away from coming out of the wall, the vent in the master bath was covered in dust, the baseboards need a good wiping down, and EVERY closet was literally half full, if not more, of extra bed spreads/decorative pillows, electronics, decor, etc. leaving guests little to no room to store suitcases. The kitchen pots/pans were completely unorganized and the dishwasher needs a good cleaning. All in all, we had a great time, but the unit is ready for a refresh.

Can’t wait to go back!

We had an absolutely fabulous time at 1909! Lori was so helpful in keeping us informed & highly responsive. The only hiccup was that bunk beds were listed in the 3rd bedroom but it was a single twin, and there wasn’t anywhere to put food in the cabinets; minor inconveniences that we made work. Overall, we were thrilled with how clean it was, the decor was lovely, the views absolutely stunning, and we just a great time! We can’t wait to go back!

Great condo!

The property was clean, spacious and comfortable. Lots of hustle and bustle due to being close to the marina and the state park. But the noise level wasn’t bad and you’re conveniently close to lots of activities like shopping, dining, water activities and fishing. I would have liked at least one baking pan (they have lots of pots and pans) and a can opener that worked, but that’s a very minor issue and I made it work. My favorite spot was sitting on the huge balcony watching all the activity below. Over all, it was a great place and I would stay there again.

Great condo and location

My wife and I stayed there for pretty much all of January, and friends visited us for a total of about two weeks of that time. Ages are early 60s to mid 70s. Our only complaint was the weather - not as warm as we wanted (mostly 40-60, with one or two days around 65; rain occasionally; and WIND - 10 mph on good days and over 25 mph on not so good days. The condo itself was great - met our needs perfectly. Only used the small third BR for luggage and packages overflow. The management contractor was great in terms of addressing a couple of very small problems; they had to order a new fan for the second bathroom. Off property we’d recommend Saltwater Grill, Billy’s Oyster Bar and Grill, and J. Michaels for dining - Saltwater Grill the fanciest and most varied menu, Billy’s for funky seafood, and J. Michael’s for fabulous raw oysters. Shrimp City (next door to Billy’s) was our go to for shrimp and scallops to take home for dinner preparation.
