This one level (no steps) vacation rental in Stones Throw Villas is the perfect vacation spot for a romantic weekend getaway, golf vacation, or beach experience on the best S.C. beaches! Our newly renovated one bedroom villa with updated furnishings is 0.2 miles from the beach and is approximately a 6-8 minute walk to Folly Field Beach Access on paved walking/biking path.
The Beach Boardwalk access is new for 2024! Relax on the great beaches or rent a bike and explore our island. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay.
You have made a great choice to stay at our Villa. That being said we are on the main level ( no steps) and their is a separate Villa directly above ours. Periodic sounds can be heard from the upstairs Villa occupants.

Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. Very clean, great location within walking distance from the beach, well stocked with household and beach items, and nicely decorated. Would highly recommend this place for a chill getaway!

This condo was immaculate, fully furnished, and well equipped. The sweet scent of the star jasmine on the enclosed private patio was a delightful bonus! We would be happy to stay here again.

This property is immaculate. The kitchen is equipped with everything a guest would need. Communication with host is exceptional! Villa is within walking distance to the beach. Restaurants and shopping are nearby. Definitely our favorite place to stay!

The villa was newly renovated & well-equipped with everything guests would need. The owner was always available for information if needed. The location of the villa to the dog park & pool was a bonus! We will absolutely be back next year!

This villa was newly renovated, attractive and very clean. The bed was especially comfortable. Appreciate that it was pet friendly. Great neighborhood and quick walk to beach via path.

Long weekend getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here as it was very clean, updated and easy walk to the beach! Great location and place to stay.

Lovely property. Have stayed here many times before. Check in was a bit of a snafu but this was not the host fault. There had been a power outage the night before and the electronic lock was not functioning correctly because of that.Was resolved fairly quickly via text and phone call and multiple attempts of host to fix it. Again, definitely not their fault and they did what they could to make it right.

10/10. This rental is the cutest place to stay. The walk to the beach was convenient and super dog friendly. The rental was stocked with anything you may need. The host was available for any questions we had and very friendly. Will most definitely be staying again.

The pictures are accurate of the listing. Pamela checked in and made sure everything was good and asked to let her know if we needed anything. The condo is approximately a 7 minute walk from the beach. The condo provided a much needed beach cart which made hauling the beach supplies a breeze. The beach itself was clean and well maintained. It was perfect for traveling with pets! We would stay here again. Thank you!

A Very Enjoyable Stay

The villa was perfect for our needs- sparkling clean, well equipped, beautifully decorated and included thoughtful extras. Location was close to the beach and the beach cart and chairs were so convenient! Communication was excellent and we especially appreciated that our pup was welcome.

Once again a lovely stay in a great place. Pool just steps from the door, beach just a short walk down a paved path. Hosts are super responsive.Check in is a breeze. Kitchen is well stocked.

Exceptional

This was our second stay here. We love the location! There is easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Pamela truly wants her guests to enjoy their stay. We're hoping to return next summer.

Wonderful place, clean, and owner provided all amenities you could need! Walk to the beach was literally about 8 minutes. Beach was wonderful!

We had THE BEST TIME!

Pamela and Stephen were wonderful hosts! The property was excellent and just as described. We had such a great time that we stayed an extra night. We will definitely stay here again!

HHI Getaway

This was our second time staying at the property. The close proximity to the beach makes for an enjoyable experience. Pamela, the host is very accommodating and stocks her units well. We highly recommend.

Very satisfied

Very enjoyable time spent in Hilton Head. Location is excellent. Unit is more than adequate for 2 people and our small dog. Unit was clean & well equipped. Beach wagon & chairs were a great plus!
