Completely renovated 50’s cottage that gives you character & charm coupled with modern amenities to include granite counters & stainless appliances. New shaker style cabinets, a breakfast bar and character enhancing ceiling beams. From the welcoming front porch, the living room greets you with a large chandelier anchored to the vaulted ceiling. The master has a queen size bed. The guest bedroom has custom built bunk beds; sleeps 4. The cottage is only 5 minutes to historic downtown Clayton. Outside there is a firepit and a covered area under the carport for grilling on the propane gas BBQ grill. There is ample parking in driveway and across the street in front of the house. The house is close to EVERYTHING! Guest love it!

The Cozy Rose is a great option vs. hotels in Clayton. The property is very close to town, but on a quite street with very little traffic. The house is nicely updated and tastefully decorated. The bed in the master is very comfortable. We did not use the bunk beds in the second bedroom. The host has put a lot of effort into providing everything you will need to enjoy your stay. I would definitely the Cozy Rose.

Tonya's house was very clean, super cute, and just as described! The kitchen was amazing and the whole place was comfy and cozy! The first night we arrived, we sat on the front porch and watch the deer walk up the road, listened to the birds until late, and watch the fireflies flitter around after it got dark. It was so peaceful and just what we needed for our getaway!

This is our 3rd time at this airbnb rental. We love it! My husfriend and I plus my little fur baby 'bella' do a vegetable run every year. The house has pots, pans and utensils that are great for cooking up a delicious meal. We spotted beautiful deer (doe & fawn) and the famous 'Georgia Rose' groundhog on the property. The master bedroom's bed was very comfortable, the living room area as well. I enjoyed the front porch in the late evening, listening to howling dogs, crickets, birds, etc. Always a wonderful stay.

This gem of a cottage is in Clayton GA. We were a little over a mile from downtown but it felt very rural. The whole experience was fantastic. Weather was hot, but we stayed cool under the trees. Beautiful yard full of flowers. WARNING! There is no washer or dryer, so prepare for that. There are also gremlins in the cottage. They hid my hats and glasses until we left. Tanya contacted us and followed up until our stuff was returned. She is a great host. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Clayton again.

Spoke to the owner (Tanya) when we arrived and had a small issue getting in the house. Unbelievably nice person. Truly can't thank her enough. I told her that we (my wife, her mother and I were up for only one night for my wife's birthday. Tanya told me that for a birthday present, our check out time would be non, rather than 10:am. That really helped us. House was very clean, and we really enjoyed looking around the property. She truly has a green thumb, a there are dozens of really nice landscaping plants from flowers to trees to shrubs.My main issue had nothing to with the trip had nothing to do with the house or owner was Google maps for directions. It sent me to a property about a mile from the actual location. I figured it out the old fashioned way, but it wasn't fun when the two passengers were telling me what to do.

Everything was very clean and nice. We were close to many restaurants and fun things to do. We were able to pick apples and visit several waterfalls.

Tub for outdoor use (listed as amenity) was unavailable to be filled & used as described. Kitchen counters were dusty but house otherwise clean & neat! Property locale ws very quiet & front porch sitting ws great! Close to wilderness area for hiking/viewing waterfalls.

The outdoor antique clawfoot tub is always available. You simply fill it up. I will notify cleaner about dusting kitchen. That I don’t tolerate. I always ask guests to tell me upon checkin any issues, because I will fix them ASAP. Thank you, Tanya

Great mountain stay

Absolutely gorgeous property, conveniently located close to so much! Looks just like the listing photos, even better actually. Would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed staying at the Cozy Rose at would definitely rent again. Tanya was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. This is a very quiet location even though it's so close and convenient to everything!

Just a perfect home away from home, we loved everything about the place and the host is what i would call "The Perfect Host" . She didnt missed anything that we will needed to be comfortable on our stay, which i really appreciated. Such a great place! Close to so many things! Great restaurants, hiking trails, and I was finally able to go to the Wander North Georgia outdoors store! The host was great and put a lot of care into little details around the house. I highly recommend!
