The kitchen is fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator w/ ice& water dispenser, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker, an espresso Machine, cooking basics, breakfast bar w/ stools.

-This is not a party house, city noise ordinances STRICTLY ENFORCED. Outdoor music is PROHIBITED in the City of Palm Springs. The city enforces this and if they are called/ drive by, you face a $1000 fine.
-We have a strict occupancy maximum of 6 overnight guests , per city law. 4 additional daytime guests are allowed during daytime hours.2 children per guest (ages 12 and under) are permitted in addition to maximum overnight guests. Only 3 total vehicles allowed to be parked on property including the street parking.
-Please return all furniture to where you found it, or you will be charged a resetting fee.
-Minimum age requirement is 25 for renters, per the City of Palm Springs.
-Events, photo shoots or any commercial activity without prior permission will forfeit your deposit (and potentially more), no questions asked.
- The person booking MUST be the person actually present at the property. No booking for other people.
- The property has numerous doors that open onto the pool areas.
* All house rules, which will be available to you before arrival and also in the house book, must be followed at all times.
* Check-in is after 3PM
- Check out before 10am
- Pool heating is an extra $70 per day from - Oct 1st and May 1st. Fee will be collected upon check in . Temperature limited to 86 degrees. For a preferred higher temperature setting, an extra fee will apply on top of the base fee.
- If you break anything you will be responsible for the price of replacement
- Noise complaints after 10pm result in a minimum $500 fine.
- No removing makeup with white towels
- Please refer to binder on arrival for house info
