No elevator. I was on the top floor. I’m 71 yrs old trying to drag my suitcase up 4 flights of stairs. Wish i had known this before I booked it. The room itself was fine, although it did smell musty, the refrigerator and freezer were frosted over with ice and a napkin was stuck to the ice in the freezer. And it would’ve been nice to have more than one towel per person for the time that we were there. Personally I think two towels per person would’ve been great. My overall experience was acceptable. I did not have a pet with me, although it did not say in the description if you could or could not have a pet in the unit.

Nice place

This spot was perfect for what me and my girlfriend needed and the interior had a nice homey, nostalgic feel to it.

Relaxing

This property was clean, cute, and in an excellent location just steps from the beach. Lots of great restaurants close by and just minutes from the boardwalk. The beds were comfy and the area was spacious enough for me to do yoga in the mornings. I would recommend this property!!

I was very excited to book this room after reading reviews from others however when I got there the room was filthy there was sand all over the floor and our feet were black if you walked barefoot. There was toothpaste and hair in the sink hair and gross stuff in the shower. The drain barely drained and there was a sticky residue on the kitchen counter. The K-Cup machine needs tossed it is absolutely disgusting the AC unit struggles for its life so it's pretty muggy and the refrigerator does not keep cool so we ended up getting all of our food ruined. The beds were not comfortable either. The gate code stopped working for the pool before we were supposed to leave I messaged the owner on day one and didn't hear anything until 2 days later. Room was terrible and I want to refund.

Just what you need for a short trip

This condo was adequate for a weekend trip to the beach. Location and access to the beach was outstanding. This is also in a vibrant and fun location to walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. I suggest adding a more comfortable mattress pad to the murphy bed. Note that there isn't an elevator, so occupants carry luggage and supplies up three flights of stairs, Other than that, nice place with adequate supplies.

Excellent Stay/Location

10/10 location!-walking distance to boardwalk & many restaurants. Clean, 3rd floor (no elevator) Designated parking spot, outside shower to rinse your sandy toes. Ocean view! 2 chairs outside on the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the dolphins! Pool area was great and never busy. Loved the use of beach chairs & boogie boards. 2 tvs. Room divider so the space can be separated. Great host! Would recommend!

Somewhat disappointed. Room was not what I anticipated.

Linens were wet and smelled like wet dog. Got in too late to do anything about them. Was expecting a studio type condo and this was more like a converted old hotel room.

Small changes

Good overall for the $ No fire detector, without a light indicator. Pool was gross...at that time. TV or remotes were not working correctly.
