Best location in Ocean City! This 2nd floor unit is just 2 blocks from Ocean City's famous boardwalk and furnished with everything you need for you beach vacation. The Three Cheers building has an elevated outdoor pool (opens on Memorial Day weekend and closes after Labor Day weekend) with great views of Coastal Highway. Located directly across the street from Jolly Rogers Amusement Park, Speed World and Splash Mountain you won't find a better spot for an enjoyable vacation. Walk to many restaurants including Higgins Crab House, Mother's Cantina, 28th St Pit-n-Pub, Dry Dock 28, Ristorante Antipasti, Guido's Burirrito's, OC Wasabi, Tommy's Sub Shop, and many more.

Furnished with everything you need for your beach vacation this 377 sq ft efficiency with kitchenette maximizes space with a queen size Murphy bed that is easily pulled down from the wall at night and allows for more space during the day. In addition the pull out queen size sleep sofa has an upgraded mattress, so you can sleep a maximum of 4 guests comfortably in our unit. This is the perfect place to relieve your stress and make vacation memories to last a lifetime.

Nice location

We were in town for concert weekend. The location was nice and very convenient to restaurants and bars. The unit was clean and plenty of room for the two of us. Carl was a great host and communicate very well.

Mini Vacation

My son and I stayed at this property for a short mini vacation. The description of the place was accurate. We didn’t spend much time in the room, but everything we did need was there. We forgot a few things but the place was located within walking distance to a mini mart. The neighbors were all very nice. This was our first time using Vrbo and I didn’t know what to expect. The communication with our host Carl was great. We had our check-in information several days ahead of our trip. He checked with us throughout the trip. We will for sure book an another trip.

Home away from home

The property is good but needs minor upgrades. The property owner is great and communicates quickly. The location is great and near everything. Our stay was pleasant.

Great location/very close to beach

The property is just over one block from the beach, so it’s a perfect location. The condo building is definitely older and not anything fancy, but was fine overall. The cleaning crew could definitely do a better job - dirty kitchen sponge left, trash can was filthy inside, toilet not cleaned very well (around knobs on top); toilet paper holder and vent in bathroom along with bathroom ceiling tiles were rusted…I’d recommend replacing them, as the unit is very cute. A good deep cleaning of the couch/pillows is needed, and the bathroom floor mat was not washed prior to our stay. Owner Carl was very pleasant and communicative, 10/10. Mackys Bar and Restaurant was very good, about 7 minutes away by car. Lots of shops/restaurants in walking distance. The condo pool was nice and clean, and not very busy.

Super cute spot!

We loved this place. It was the perfect size for our family (2 adults and 2 kids) and so close to everything. 2 minute walk to the beach and the kids loved the pool! Really friendly neighbors who made us feel so welcomed. Carl was very responsive and checked in with us before and during our stay and was very helpful. We had a really good time and will definitely be back!

What a wonderful week!!

The property was the perfect little beach condo for our week stay, a short little walk to the beach and a pool that wasn’t too busy we could always get a spot. Carl was a great host, very communicative and helpful, check in and check out was smooth sailing. The location is great tons of bars and restaurants right around also close enough to the boardwalk but not too close where you get the hustle and bustle. Also, Rocky the dog next door became our best friend:) it was a great trip !

Was a great stay. The pool is nice and the location is perfect with lots of food choices very close. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Also the neighbors were very friendly, with a friendly dog as well. Will be back again for sure

Great Place

Great place

The place was perfect for our family of 4! It was as described and Carl checked in a few times to make sure everything was going well. Place was quiet and peaceful. Close walk to the beach and pool was the perfect. Right across the street from Jolly Roger’s too. We definitely plan to come back!!

Got What We Paid For!

This condo is in a great family friendly location close to the heart of Ocean City. We just needed a convenient place to sleep, bathe, and park our car as we weren't spending a lot of time in the condo and that's exactly what we got. The condo was clean and the bed and pull out sleeper were comfy. Carl was also great to communicate with and responsive to messages and helped us out when we forgot a few things after check out. Would recommend his place to anyone!

We had a great time staying in such a wonderful place. Walking distance to food, attractions and the beach made it possible to spend more time enjoying our vacation together. Room was clean and the owner was pleasant and easy to get ahold of.
