The calm waters of the Spokane River roll right by your back door at this beautifully situated, waterfront home. A wonderful escape for two couples, this property boasts two complete living spaces, a dock at the river's edge, and easy access to downtown Coeur d'Alene.
This riverfront home sits on the south bank of the river, just over two miles from the heart of town. You can easily spend your days lounging on the shores of Lake Coeur d'Alene at City Park and Beach, enjoying McEuen Park and Tubbs Hill, riding bikes or walking on the North Idaho Centennial Trail, and dining out at great restaurants. The Village at Riverstone, with its dining, shopping, and movie theaters, is only two miles across the river as well.
No matter how you spend your days, you'll likely begin and end each one in the lovely outdoor spaces. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony at sunrise, launch your kayak from the dock for a serene paddle on the river, and sip cold drinks and linger in the shade of the patio for the afternoon and evening.
One of the special features of this home is that its two floors are two self-contained living spaces. On each level, you'll find a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a living room with a smart TV and a gas fireplace, generous deck space, one bedroom, and one full bathroom. It's an ideal blend of privacy and togetherness for a pair of close friends or couples vacationing together. Complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer are provided as well.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
There's a flight of stairs down to the front door, another flight of stairs to the backyard, and a walk down to reach the dock.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Dock details: If guests bring a boat, they are able to launch it from the dock at the home. There is also a boat launch at Blackwell Island.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
