The Lake House main level has cantilevered decks that connect the great outdoors to the vaulted great room. This spacious indoor & outdoor living filling the space with light and natural air. It's a great gathering space for cocktails & snacks as you cast your eyes upon the vast expanse of Lake Coeur d'Alene. Don't miss the colorful sunsets each night and stargazing while keeping cozy under the heat lamp. The Kitchen is a hub for gathering and planning the day's events.

The lake shore beach has a large fire pit with seating and has (2) flanking tiered decks to lounge about in the shade or bask in the sun. A cozy Cabana provides a good place to nap while listening to the lapping waves or grab a cold beverage and get changed in privacy. The floating dock safely harbors your watercraft and is the jumping off point to all your leisure adventures.

The open upper loft houses 2 semi-separate bedrooms with views of the lake & forest and a shared full bath. One side of the loft has 2 queen beds & 1 single bed in a shared space. The other side has 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and closet. The Master bedroom is on the main level with a full suite bathroom & laundry.

There is full garage attached to house and the driveway is shared with our neighbors. The driveway has a 35-degree descent from the road. There is also parking available off the main road.

Wonderful Stay

We had a perfect family get away with friends. The cabin is in an ideal location on the lake. It is well stocked and the beds are super comfy. Check in was super easy and Michele is a delightful, easy to communicate with host. We’re grateful for them sharing their family home.

Lovely on the Lake

We had a delightful time and enjoyed all the amenities. The lake was beautiful, the beds were comfy, the kitchen was well-stocked and there was plenty of space for everyone.

Nice stay on the lake

This is a beautiful cabin on a fantastic spot on the lake. The owners were very prompt answering questions, and the overall process was very smooth.

Beautiful & Comfortable!

Our families had such a lovely time at Michele’s cabin. It leaves you wanting for nothing, she had everything you could possibly need and more— most especially in the kitchen. The numerous refrigerators were sooo appreciated with all the food we brought for four families and nearly a weeks stay! We would absolutely stay here again. What a slice of heaven!!

Amazing lakeside Harrison log home vacation!

Great location to relax and enjoy lakeside living. The home is well equipped with a great kitchen for meal prep. I would definitely return!

Amazing hospitality and location

Michele was a very accommodating and helpful host! We had our micro wedding at the gorgeous driftwood Lakehouse and it was a gorgeous location on the most beautiful weekend! Plenty of space and Michele was kind enough to allow us to utilize her families historic property! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice little getaway or to host a small gathering. Beautiful views and the cabin history is amazing as well!

Wonderful Family Vacation Site

We had a wonderful experience with this property. The owners were very communicative and helpful from the beginning. The house was clean and had all great amenities. The bathrooms, showers, kitchen, and dining area were great. We had a large group and it worked out great. Highly recommend this place for your lake vacation!

Driftwood Cabin - Lake Cda

This is a very rustic and cozy lake cabin with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The dock gives you top notch access to the lake. The main room and deck space on the main level are great for group meals and fun. In addition, there are many other areas for people to hang out and relax (lower deck, beach house, front deck area, upstairs loft, and basement). One thing to know is that the property is steep and lake access involves some stair climbing).

Amazing experience!

We had a Labor Day family weekend at the Driftwood House property. The house and location were spectacular! We utilized the dock for our boat and enjoyed all the house had to offer! Thanks to property manager Michele, she was communicative and super helpful. We look forward to coming back next year!!

A Great Lake Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at this lake house. The host would quickly respond if we had any questions. The weather was a bit chilly so we did not get to enjoy much of the water activities. We did go hiking in the surrounding area. The kitchen was probably the most well stocked kitchen we have ever encountered with other VRBO's we have stayed at. Would definitely recommend staying here!

As great as expected!

This property was exactly what we had hoped. A beautiful lake cabin and endless fun in the lake. The whole vibe of the place was wonderful. 5 beds available for a large group. Paddle boards were provided. Cooking pots and pans and coffee maker, toaster all easily there to use. The lake, dock and fire pit were amazing. We certainly created some life long memories with our family enjoying all of those. I highly recommend this property and we hope to return again next summer!

Perfect spot

We had a wonderful stay with two other couples. Although the upstairs loft was shared by two couples, we found the shared bathroom in the middle provided plenty of privacy between the two areas. The house provided everything we needed. It was nice to have plenty of beach towels. Very thoughtful of the hosts to provide some Keurig pods as well as filters and coffee for the coffee maker. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and spices. The location was great for boating, a quick and beautiful trip to get to town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this home again.

Great location on the lake.

We loved the location. We tied a boat up to the dock. The description of the house is very accurate. We had both am sun and pm sun. Only thing that was bothersome was the single cup Keurig machine. Took for ever. We bought some nicer wine glasses also. We will book again. Thank you.

Great location on CDA lake!

The property owner was a great communicator and answered all our questions prior to arrival and during our stay. This home is truly a sturdy rustic log home, and the ambience and decor are fantastic if you're looking for a true Idaho experience. We're from Idaho and spend a lot of time hunting, fishing, and exploring so we thought it was great! The kitchen was well stocked, included two refrigerators which worked out perfect because we brought so many supplies. Great views of the lake on the wrap around deck, perfect for morning coffee. We brought a boat so was glad to have the boat dock, which needed some TLC, but worked out. We had a stormy night and lost power for several hours, BUT this home had an on-demand backup generator which fired up within seconds and ran until power was restored.

Great Spot for my bachelor party! Coming back next year

Fantastic place with an amazing view, deck, and water access. Make sure to bring wood and call ahead if bonfires are allowed before you check-in. A two-night stay was too short, really suggest 3+. I stayed here for my bachelor party (25 yrs old) and it was great. We were all 21-27 years old. Perfect spot to get away, sit on the deck with a great view and just unplug away from the busy life. Good dock fishing, they have paddle boards and a canoe at the property. Neighbors are great country folk and we chatted for a few hours with them. Easy checkout process. The host is responsive if you need anything. Truly a 1-of-1 place with perfect lake access. This is not a typical rental as the furnishings are beautiful heirlooms from their family giving a very cozy feel. The pictures do not do it justice so be prepared to be amazed. Bring ice if you have a lot of beverage coolers. I also suggest paper plates for easy cleanup. - Bailey

Real nice experience

Great place. We met our Army son and his family who traveled from Korea and a second son. This is a place no one forgets. I had the opportunity to visit with two neighbors who were wonderful folks. Michelle was a pleasure to work with. Most people would use the road that hugs the lake from I-90 to the property. Fortunately, both of the neighbors made me aware of a new road named Burma Rd. I would recommend using it. It's the same drive time but MUCH more relaxing and also beautiful scenery. My wife and I are cooks. The kitchen was very good and my wife noted that it was the best stocked kitchen of any place we have stayed. The knives were high quality and very sharp. The pots and pans were fine (not warped) and the gas grill was good. We spent a lot of our time at the property with our grandson, so, we watched more TV than usual. Unfortunately, there was no FOX news or FS1 Sports channels (among others). There is DirectTV but the channels were somewhat limited. My wife enjoyed it so much, she wants to return to this property. Highly recommended.

Girls weekend success!

This house is perfect for a big group or 2 families. We were a group of 10 adults all in our late 30s.We loved the space and enjoyed every minute of staying there. The decks and the dock were a highlight! Communication was amazing and they helped answer all my questions prior to our trip. 100% would recommend this to all! Thank you for making our weekend beautiful!

Great lake cabin for a getaway

This place exudes the lake cabin vibe from construction to decorations. It’s very charming. We had plenty of room and privacy for a family of four. The place was well stocked and had everything we needed during our stay. The kids enjoyed swimming and playing off the dock and the water is crystal clear. The host was immediately responsive when we had questions and communication was easy. We used some of the included lake toys (mostly the paddle boards) which was a nice touch. Overall a great experience.

Amazing lake house/cabin

This place is great! The log cabin is stunning with a western themed design inside. Comes with everything you need and garage parking to keep vehicles secure. View of the lake is amazing and has a very nice dock and beach house to use for changing or hanging out for a day on the lake. The drive out is a little slow and windy once you get off I-90 but worth it, just stop by town for groceries before you get out there
