Enjoy this magnificently renovated pet-free home in the center of town in Colonial Beach. Every inch of this house has been renovated and re-styled with a mix of the past and present. This home boasts 3 large bedrooms (1 King bed with ensuite, 2 Queen beds) and a large loft with 4 twin beds that would make every tweenager delighted! Each bedroom and living space has smart-TV's, and there is plenty of room to entertain and enjoy the outdoor spaces.

The place was amazing. Plenty of space, and we loved the screened-in porch. The location was great and we could walk to breakfast each morning as well as to the River.

The house is beautiful and comfortable. It is an easy walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Large driveway and some off street parking if needed. The large screened porch was very nice but there was a lot of noise from the adjacent parking lot.We would stay here again.

The house in Colonial Beach is beautiful and looks exactly like the posting. There is plenty of soap, shampoo and other supplies. The town is beautiful and has restaurants and diners within walking distance of the house. We would definitely rent this house again!

Best vacation ever!!

My husband and I have been vacationing in Colonial Beach for 4years but this was the first time we invited our adult children and 6 year old grandson and boy was it a success! The house is phenomenal and the location is perfect!! We are already planning for next year😊

Awesome home

This home accommodated us perfectly for our friend reunion! The black pearl tiki bar was super fun on Saturday night. Sad thing was there was no blender to be found :( but the home was so lovely!

Beautiful property

This property was more than enough room for our family of 8. My daughters really liked having the 3rd floor to themselves complete with their own bathroom. The renovations that were done on this house were very tasteful. All of the furnishings were well thought out and work very well throughout the home. We will definitely rent again if we are in the area!

Beautiful remodeled property near the best of Colonial Beach

Newly remodeled property two blocks from the beach. House was the nicest VRBO property we've used so far. Set up smartly and decorated impeccably, this house fit our party of 9 perfectly. Everything is new, clean, and spacious, the kids loved the upstairs loft and didn't want to leave. Great communication and check in, easy to get in/get out. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Great House

Really enjoyed our stay at Greystone Manor. One of the nicest homes in Cape Charles. Dan was terrific communicating in advance and has done a phenomenal job renovating this home. It felt brand new. Our favorite parts were screened in front porch, living room hangout area, and kids room upstairs. Highly recommend

Ophelia weekend

We have been coming to colonial beach for the last 13 years. For the last 10 we have been putting on a spaghetti dinner and staying at a local motel. With the rising cost of things staying at a VRBO house was cheaper, the location of Greystone is half a block from the American Legion where the dinner is served. After all the prep and serving this was was very comfortable to relax and unwind in. Maybe next year we can light a fire and watch everyone walk by and enjoy the house to the fullest. Thanks for opening the house and a great remodel and many eyes have seen the transformation.

Greystone Manor was the perfect home for our annual family girls' trip! The location is unbeatable, everything was an easy walk away! We specifically chose this house because it was accessible and open for my grandmother, who walks with a rollator, and it worked out perfectly.The home was beautifully decorated with high-end upgrades, and the beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. The plus was getting to meet Scott on our walk to Magnolia Hall boutique which was right around the corner. It was truly the perfect place for making new memories and celebrating a recent retirement. We'd absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
