Relax and enjoy the sounds of lapping waters just feet from the back deck at Picture Perfect! Our pet-free house is recently renovated and tastefully decorated with a coastal theme. Located in the town of Colonial Beach on "The Point" and Monroe Bay, we are just 5 blocks away on the other side of the peninsula and the beach areas. Monroe Bay has several marinas where you can dock your boat and enjoy our stunning sunset water views!

Outstanding view, house was clean and comfortable. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed plus. Would definitely stay here again. We were also treated to a group of Swans and other wildlife on the deck waterfront daily.

This was our 4th time staying at this property. We can't get enough of the view and the peace and calm. The house is comfortable with beautiful interior design and all you need to feel right at home. This will always be our go to property when we stay in Colonial Beach.

We had a wonderful stay for a birthday weekend. The house was well located and adorably decorated. Being right on the water allowed for a peaceful morning coffee or evening beverage! It was a very warm weekend so returning to a wonderfully cold house was refreshing. Thanks for a great stay.

Great Property, even better than pictures suggested

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay in Colonial Beach. Property was clean, conveniently located, and the water view was even better than in the pictures.

Family vacation

Great trip. Beautiful area and loved the friendliness of the town! The swans, ducks, and ospreys were fun to watch throughout the trip from the back deck!

Lovely house on the edge of water

We had a wonderful stay. Location was just perfect Beautiful views plus house was clean with amenities. Host was gracious to let us check in before 3 pm Would love to stay again

Great beach house!

This was our second stay at “Picture Perfect”. We loved the deck, the quiet neighborhood and the visits from so many interesting birds. We had a great time riding through the area in our golf cart. We had great food at the local restaurants. We will look forward to another visit.

Great stay at Picture Perfect

The house is beautiful and very clean, the beds comfortable and the view of the water is amazing!!!! The big screen tv was also very nice for movie nights. We had ducks and swans visiting us with their babies. Would def love to come back and stay in the future.

Fabulous property

We booked this property for a girls trip. It is a fabulous property- very clean, beautifully decorated with a great view. It is in a great location and has a lot of good recommendations on places to eat and go. We definitely recommend staying here!
