Ideal for families, corporate, military travelers, and groups/retreats, we sit just across the causeway from the pristine, soft white sands and emerald waters of Navarre Beach. Our prime location is walking distance to excellent local dining, shopping, and the Navarre Park. Amenities include on-site boat parking, communal sand area with a tiki hut, grills, corn hole games, and a cozy fire pit for evening relaxation. Easily reserve a single cottage or up to all nine units for your large gathering. We promise an effortless and truly unforgettable coastal stay!

Great place to stay. Clean, very nice and comfortable. Owner was very responsive to an issue with the refrigerator and took care of the problem! Close to the beach. Which was convenient to get too. I would stay at this place again

Clean, quiet, very personable and easy to work with staff, highly recommend.

We liked everything about our experience at Sum Beaches. Very clean units and property as a whole. Like the courtyard, grill access and staff is very accommodating. We will be staying again

Family fun was had!!

We really enjoyed our stay at cabin 7. Everything was easy from check in to check out. Communication was beyond timely which helped when we had a WiFi issue. But it was fixed and wouldn’t even consider it a snag. We will definitely be returning customers.

We were visiting family that was staying on Navarre Beach but live close to beaches and decided to stay off the beach. This gem was 2 miles from the beach and a great value. It was so clean and comfortable. Close to a grocery store and restaurants. These cottages are just awesome and great hosts as well. Loved it!

Always a great place to stay

Sum Beaches is amazing, reasonably priced, large cottages, great fenced in back area for socializing, (only item is a hot tub) every cottage is fully equipped. The owners are genuine and very accommodating!

Property just exactly how it was listed. Nice and close to Navarre Beach. Property was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

First time renting the shotgun cottage for my son and his family during the holidays. They said nothing but great things. Space was great, everything they needed was included, location was convenient, and our host was there if needed. Overall, great experience!!

Great rental!

This unit was perfect for our week long stay! The decor is calming and beautiful. The location is super convenient to grocery, restaurants, and access to the island. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

Had a amazing stay here. Clean nice play to sit and grill and play games out back.. linda kept checking making sure thing were good. Will be booking here again. Also very close to everything.

Excellent in every way!!!

We have been staying in Navarre for several years and this was by far the best property we've ever stayed at! Very, VERY clean and comfortable. Great location just minutes from the beach. We loved it.

Excellent!

Sum Beaches Cottages were exactly as advertised. Very clean, comfortable, and close … to everything we wanted to do or see. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend others do so as well! Great communication with owners and zero issues.

Excellent location and space

This home had everything we needed for two adults, plus 18, 15, and 11 year old. The host was immediately responsive to the couple small things that came up and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Quiet and peaceful

Cabins are new as stated and kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans and silverware. Is in a nice residential neighborhood.

Came to visit a friend to spend 4 geogeous days on the beach

This place is magnificent!! The property is amazing, the cottages are clean and stocked full of everything you could need (except food), and you couldn't ask for a better staff! O and the rates are very reasonable. I recommend staying here to anyone looking for the perfect place. Very close to everything! I will be back. (In September)

Simply perfect!!

This was my second stay at Sum Beaches Paradise, it won’t be my last! The location is minutes from everything Navarre, including beaches, restaurants and water sports. The cottages are well stocked and immaculate and my fur baby is always welcome! The best option for a comfy, welcoming stay without killing the budget. If I could give it 6 stars, I would😎

Great clean place with great people

Came to stay with another couple for 7 days. Everything was great! The beds are soft the place was spotless! The service was instant when we had a little issue with the door code. Met some wonderful guest while we were at the outdoor pavilion. Super close to the grocery store, restaurants and souvenir shops. Walking distance!!! The beach is so close too. Definitely recommend this place! The owners, the property and let’s not forget that Key Lime pie!!!! You won’t be disappointed. :)

Great stay!

Sum Beaches was an incredible experience! Lovely, clean, modern accommodations with excellent additions like a fire pit with wood supplied, shady outdoor seating, games and a tiki hut complete with grills for evening family get togethers! Only minutes from beautiful Navarre Beach and within walking distance to great restaurants and local shopping! The spacious three bedroom units were beautifully decorated with beach accents from end to end and offered WiFi, TV, washer and dryer, and a complete kitchen which everything you need including the flatware and dishes! Each unit has a front porch with chairs and privacy that surpasses most five star hotels! My wife hosted both our adult daughters and three of our grandchildren for a wonderful family get together and had an incredible experience! I highly recommend Sum Beaches to anyone looking for an affordable yet really fun option when wanting accommodations while in Navarre and the beautiful Florida gulf coast region! Five stars out of five stars for Sum Beaches and the entire crew that makes this affordable venue so comfortable, clean and friendly!
