The famous "Addison Bailey" is awaiting your your dreams and life long memories. Located just 7 minutes from Port Aransas the Addison Bailey is located in the exclusive Island Park Estates. Located on Mustang Island where the beaches are less travelled. Built in 2007 , the Addison Bailey was professionally designed, built, decorated, and landscaped. You won't find another house like it on the island. Great for families, family reunions, corporate retreats, or just one of your best vacations ever. You will love this house "I Promise". House is equipped with 2 kings, 6 queens, and 1 single. 4 Flat screen tv's, full utility room, whirlpool tub in master, 7 person hot tub on deck. Granite and soapstone counter tops throughout. Jennair appliances. This house is an upside down house with main living and kitchen upstairs and a 2nd living downstairs. Bed layout is: Downstairs Bedroom #1 has 4 queens (two queen bunk beds), Downstairs Bedroom #2 has one king, foyer has 1 single bed, and downstairs living has a queen murphy bed. Upstairs front bedroom #3 has a queen, Upstairs bedroom #4 master has a king.

Perfect location - situated between Port Aransas and Corpus Christi with easy beach access. Had everything we needed for 5 days and 10 people!!

Sarah, is too kind. We were trying to finish up some off season renovations and they ran late. Our back balcony could not be used for her stay. She was so gracious. My kind of people. She and her group will always be welcomed at the “Addison Bailey”

Great For Extended Family and Location

We had extended family all meet in Port Aransas, and this house was perfect for adults and teenagers. The proximity to the beach was great. Dana was great in accommodating our needs. Will definitely try to stay here again in the future if we return to Port A.

Perfect house for group of 6 adults

Property is very well layed out with plenty of room. Very well stocked and Dana was greatbat communication. We would stay again!

House was great

We had an awesome time at this Addison Bailey property. Everything was setup nicely, with a quick walk over the dune and out onto the beach. Would recommend and will plan future travel to this property.

Pleasant vacation

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed this beautiful house. The listing was accurate and the house was what we expected and more! This house was conveniently located near restaurants and stores. It was also nice to have beach access from the property! We look forward to staying again in the future.

Family Vacation

The house was beautiful and fit our needs for a large family vacation. We had kids from 6 months to 16 with us and there was plenty of space. The pool was great and only a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend this beach house to others.

Another great trip spent at the Addison Bailey

This was our 2nd year staying at the Addison Bailey and once again we loved every minute of our stay! Dana is quick with responses if anything at all is needed. We love this property!

Perfect getaway

Dana is a very thoughtful host with a wonderful property. Right after booking, she reached out and answered all our questions and accommodated our needs. The house is plenty of rooms and kitchen is fully equipped. The beach is also just a 3-4 minute walk. Great location!

50th Anniversary Celebration

Sons, daughter, grandkids and all shared a week of beach fun. All 10 of us had our own "area" in Addison Bailey house. The kids loved sitting in the lower level "reading nook" and the four queen-sized bunks, amazing. The short walk to the beach topped it off beautifully.

Family Reunion

We thoroughly enjoyed the Addison Bailey. We had a large group, and everyone was comfortable. The house included everything we needed, as advertised, and it was so close to the beach! Dana, the owner, was awesome to work with.

Father’s Day vacation

Great house! 15 of us stayed ranging in age from 80-4. Plenty of room for everyone! Short walk to the beach. Very close to beach access if you choose to drive. AC works amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

What an amazing time at this place! Love the house and Dana was absolutely amazing!

We rented to have our wedding on the beach! It was truly amazing!!! Perfect location and the house was gorgeous! After having our wedding canceled 4 times due to Covid issues! We finally got it done here at this home and the amazing beach!!! Thank you Dana for providing us a beautiful place to stay.

Perfect family and friend getaway

This home is perfect for a large group and has enough space for two families to have two separate floors to themselves. It is a beautiful home that has been very well maintained and has lots of little touches. Dana is a gracious and attentive host and was very helpful when we had questions and responsive when a challenge arose even over a holiday weekend. She made everything right and worked with us to make sure we were satisfied. We will be staying here again!!

This was the perfect place for our family to gather. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The kids had room to play & we had room to visit. The living room downstairs has doors & a murphy bed so it’s like a whole other large bedroom. The living room upstairs by the kitchen has a large balcony that looks out over the backyard & is where we enjoyed watching the views & sunrise & could hear the waves & it was very peaceful. The neighborhood is gorgeous & it’s a lovely short walk to the beach.

Wonderful Experience

We gathered to celebrate a beach wedding for my daughter. Family plus a few close friends were able to enjoy the wedding plus serious relaxation time. The place was perfect. The host was wonderful. I could not have asked for a better location. I really appreciate how easy everything went and how well the house lived up to all our hopes and expectations. We created some wonderful memories.
