Plenty of room and parking at this seven bedroom cozy 3500 sqft home, enjoy the pool with heat option, entertain in the pool room, play corn hole, sit out pool side and enjoy a fire/grill or patio furniture at sunset, store your boat in oversize garage, plenty of parking for your RV, enjoy a walk to the beach and down to the pier or jetties, just bring your bag and start enjoying the island life!

Had great communication with property owner. Very nice house with a great backyard and pool. Very saitsfied with all the accomadations and features of the property. Very much recommended.

The Gold Standard of Port A!!!
Everything from booking, check-in, the home, the amenities, location, check-out, and the owner…. set the standard of how a vacation rental should operate. House was stunning and had tons of parking. Beautiful interior and no expense was spared on furnishings, linens, backyard pool/amenities, Great layout especially with multi-family renters. Entire mother-in-law suite on lower level with kitchen and several bedrooms would give 2 families their own privacy when needed. Place is huge! Perry was the king of hosts’ ensuring everything was to standard and even went out of his way to recommend local restaurants and bars. Beyond accommodating to make sure our stay was memorable (the good kind). There is not one negative thing to mention or recommend. Thank you so much for opening up your home to us and we will certainly be booking here for years to come!

Amazing!!
We had a big group stay for spring break and it was absolutely perfect! We had plenty of room and the property manager was so responsive and helpful. He left out little snacks for us and we had a ball. We were also so close to the beach so it was an easy walk! 10/10 recommend!!

Hello, my name is Mary Jane and I want to thank you so much for deciding to stay at our home! We are a long time local family that has deep island roots. I spent over 30yrs fishing offshore on the island and was called AnglerJane. I always wore a gold Marlin necklaces and that is the short version on how the name Marlin Jane came about. My kids and grand kids went to the local school and grew up here. We also have friends and family throughout the island that live & work here. My son will host you as he operates the property. We love the Island and hope you will love it just as much as we do!

Hello, my name is Perry I grew up in this house and was blessed of being raised on the island doing the fishing and beach life as a kid. After graduating from Port Aransas HS I joined the Marine Corps and retired in 2023 after 21yrs of service. Since then my wife Nadia and I decided to settled in the Heartland of Texas to raise our son Gunner and manage our land in Hamilton County. I still have a very rooted connection with the island and all the wonderful people on it. I am excited that you get to be part of all the enjoyments that the island has to offer and honored that Marlin Jane's Beach House will be part of creating many wonderful memories.

We love spending time here relaxing in the pool, fun on the beach, fishing, or just socializing and eating in the many local establishments. Even though we live off the island now, I am available to answer any questions you may have and strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

As you can see we have pride in ownership of this home and the passion to see it grow. Please let me know if I can assist in anyway during your stay.
