Hurricane stay

Patrick and his family assisted my sister and I after our home was flooded during Hurricane Helene. He was an excellent communicator and ensured that we had everything we needed. Even during Hurricane Milton when we lost power Patrick consistently checked on us to ensure we were safe throughout the storm. I cannot recommend his place more. Amazing location, beautiful design, and great amenities. 10/10 would stay again!

Great Location, great hosts

We had a wonderful time in Tampa. The house was in a great shape, modern and stylish. It was just for a few days, but it felt like home. Patrick and Rachel are wonderful people and we were very happy to meet them. If we come back to Tampa, we will come back to this place to stay at.

Tampa Family Vacation!

Convenient Location within minutes from airport, parks and restaurants. Host responded to any questions or concerns timely manner. Experience met our expectations for travel and entertainment. I would reserve this space again and recommend.

Lovely Place

Everything was wonderful! Our only complaint was that we didn’t stay longer. The beds were comfortable and it had all the conveniences that one would need. The location is close to everything. We will definitely stay here during future stays.

Just as pictured

Would love to return to this house when we come back to this area. It is centrally located to a few places we wanted to visit. The home was clean and visually pleasing and had all the little details and necessities. Beds were comfortable. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy the backyard but maybe in a colder month we can return and use the pit. Thank you hosts. You have a great property. I will just suggest maybe putting in mirrors for the front two bedrooms. As we were all women sharing bathrooms.

Family visit

Modern, clean house. Kitchen is well equipped. Bathrooms have everything you need- thanks for the toothpaste. The only concern is lack of room for more than 3,people to eat. No dining table

Great Place

Stayed for a few days with my family to attend some hockey and football. Very clean and all new, comfortable beds and quiet neighbourhood. Short drive to downtown and events. I would recommend, Thanks

Perfect location for Raymond James

Patrick and his wife were incredible host. They were extremely communicative and offered assistance daily should you need it. We have stayed in many VRBO's all over the country and by far this was one of my best experiences. Their home is lovely, extremely comfortable and totally remodeled. Absolutely beautiful. In a great location and very comfortable for 4 women. Thank you Patrick for an amazing stay. We will be back very soon. PS the George Strait concert was fabulous.

AKC Dog show

Property was beautiful and perfect for my husband and our dogs who were in town for a dog show at the fair grounds. Patrick was awesome, answering questions promptly and ensuring my family was well taken care of during their week in Tampa.

Wonderful

Arrived late but owner had already called to check on my family. I love southern hospitality and I got it from the start to our last day. House is better than pictures. Quick ride down the road from Busch Gardens, location is great. Looking at area as we drove in and began to wonder if area was safe. We had no issues with safety and area was super quiet, didn't even hear the neighbors. Cannot go wrong with this house. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Tampa.

Wonderful property in Seminole Heights

The completely renovated house was tastefully decorated and well appointed. The location was convenient to many local restaurants and breweries. The neighborhood was very quiet and only a block away from a cute park on the Hillsborough River. The host was very attentive and responsive to questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely renovated home

The house was perfect for our short stay while visiting Busch Gardens and the surrounding area. The neighborhood was also quiet, which was nice. We would definitely recommend. The home was very clean and the backyard was fenced in, which was great for our two small dogs so they could be free to roam!

Great updates property

Clean, Updated and everything you need

We stayed 5 days and had a lovely time. Beautiful updated property with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Patrick the host was extremely responsive. We loved all the little parks in the neighborhood. Close to the TPA airport and only 45 minutes to white sand beaches. We loved all the little eateries and breweries close by!

Diamond in the ruff

This property is such a gem. Patrick was great, even delivered firewood on the spot. Comfy beds (even the sofa pull out), stocked kitchen, games & cozy decor. Lots of food options nearby, Uber/delivery friendly. Not in the best of areas but neighbors were kind. Would most definitely stay again.

Super Clean Property 10mins from Busch Gardens

Property exactly matched pictures and was spotless. Easy to communicate with owner who recommended places to eat nearby. No issues with check-in/out or during our stay. Ten minutes to Busch Gardens. Property is centrally located with easy access to I-275 and other Tampa attractions.

Comfortable and cute!

The property was exactly like the pictures and even provided games, pet supplies, cooking basics, and water bottles. The little extra details were very much appreciated and me and my friends had a great time bbq-ing and sitting by the fire. Perfect for a small group setting and the kitchen was beautiful!

Amazing house, even better host

Patrick was amazing from the day I booked the property. He responded to messages promptly and made the whole process so easy. Patrick welcomed us by leaving themed cups and a note to welcome us to their house. As for the house, it is apparent that it has recently been completely renovated. It feels like a brand new house! Plenty of rooms and beds and everything you need. I cannot recommend staying at this property enough. Its perfect!
