This home was beautiful, quiet and a peaceful place to stay while in Tampa. I Would love to stay here again if the opportunity presents itself next time my family visits Tampa.

Overall, place was great. Could have been a bit cleaner. Closet space was a bit inadequate, but it is a 1920s home. Period furniture was very nice. Whole place has character. Checkout 'chores' were not onerous.

Thank you for your review! I’m so glad you enjoyed the home! I was a little surprised to read the comment about cleanliness, as it hadn’t come up in our in-person interaction during your stay, or messages through the platform. Since I live right on the property, I always encourage guests to let me know right away if anything isn’t as expected. My cleaner is also just a short drive away, so in most cases I can have any concerns (housekeeping or otherwise) addressed very quickly. Nevertheless, I will review turnover procedures with my cleaner to make sure I'm consistently meeting the standard I want for every guest. I’m glad you otherwise enjoyed your stay. Thank you again for staying!

Great bungalow in Seminole Heights and walking distance to some nice restaurants. I have Stayed here a few times while visiting family and friends in the area and always happy with this house.

Perfect Place to Stay

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The host was fantastic and very responsive. The House was clean, the kitchen was perfect, and I really liked the off-street parking. I stayed here on a work trip and would stay here again the next time I am in Tampa.

A Seminole beauty

We had a super comfortable stay at this beautiful and roomy arts and crafts bungalow. A perfect landing ground for a month- long extended visit to Tampa.

Delightful, comfortable and charming..

All the charm of a historically representative early 20th century Florida residence with the comforts of modern living. Why would anyone stay at a personality-free hotel when an option like this -- with a lovely host -- is available at roughly the same cost? Thanks Judy for a great stay.

Family Time

This property was full of character and charm. It was perfect for for a family gatherspace. Loved the large front porch and back deck. Beautiful neighborhood. Great for walking and close to restaurants, etc.

Our stay was absolutely Zen! This was the most charming and relaxing home . It was beautiful.We loved the location . The front porch swing was our favorite every evening . The neighborhood was gorgeous! The owner was truly so kind and made our stay so special . The beds are so comfy . We loved cooking in the kitchen . This house was truly special . I loved the history and amazing beautiful plants and trees. We can’t wait to come back to visit .

Beautiful Bungalow in Seminole Heights

I really enjoyed my stay at this wonderful home. Hardwood floors, relaxing front porch, well stocked kitchen, nice bedding & sheets, and all in a fantastic neighborhood with many walkable restaurant options. My highest recommendation 💙

Great location for out visit

First, great location for our stay. We went Downtown. Sports snd museums. Great little bungalow. We got hit by s day of hesvy rain and we cooked snd watched Netflix. This is a do-over.

Charming bungalow

Lovely, comfortable home, close to theaters and lots of great restaurants. The hostess was thoughtful in accommodating our needs and in communication. I really enjoyed reading about the history of the era and the house in her welcome book. Would definitely recommend!

Nice time

The bungalow proved itself a very suitable place to call home base over the course of 8 days when we traveled mostly to Clearwater and Tampa destinations. There was ample space and was better equipped than I was expecting considering this was our first VRBO rental experience. Overall, I would happily stay at this VRBO again in the future.

Beautiful Bungalow

Concert Escape

We booked a concert in Clearwater and discovered this lovely cottage. Built in 1923 and has retained the charm of a time gone by. A comfortable and relaxing week. Hoping we have the opportunity to return in the future.
