Experience a getaway like no other at this splendid two-story condo on the hillside overlooking the gorgeous main channel of Lake Lure! When you book this family-friendly home away from home, you are granted full access to all the amenities Rumbling Bald Resort has to offer, including a private beach, two outdoor pools, a lazy river, an indoor pool with a hot tub and sauna, water sports, two golf courses, three restaurants, and more! Pontoon boat, kayak, and SUP rentals are available (seasonal). Enjoy the 18-hole mini-golf course, shooting hoops on the full-sized basketball court, or playing, cornhole, pickleball, and tennis.

The Spa and Salon at Rumbling Bald offers a complete menu of treatments that range from salon services, skin, and nail care, to soothing massages. The gift shop features locally made gifts including apparel, beauty products, organic soaps, and lotions. The fitness center has state-of-the-art equipment and weekly fitness classes. All year long you can take advantage of the upgraded indoor pool area featuring a large, heated pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, and steam room.

This two-story retreat is ideal for a family or group looking for a breezy, well-equipped place to stay. Upon entering and going up a short flight of stairs, you have an inviting open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The grand living room is ideal for quiet and relaxing evenings at home - curl up by the gas fireplace and stream your favorite shows and movies on the large smart TV with cable and streaming. The attached deck provides you with the ultimate viewpoint spot with incredible views of the lake and surrounding nature. Featuring an outdoor dining area, the deck is also a great place to enjoy evening cocktails. Back inside, the fully furnished and appointed kitchen has your back when mealtime comes. This level includes two separate bedrooms. The lower level is the spacious primary suite with a huge smart TV, a smaller TV, an en suite bath, and a private balcony with great lake views.

RESORT AMENITIES
Rumbling Bald Resort amenities include a heated pool (open year round) 2 outdoor pools and lazy river (open Memorial Day to Labor Day) hot tub, spa and wellness center, mini golf, basketball and tennis courts, corn hole, horse shoes, lawn games, playground. 2 world class golf courses (Apple Valley and Bald Mountain). 3 Dining options (Legends on the Lake, The Gardens, Bears Cup Cafe, Eagles Nest).

THINGS TO KNOW
-The downstairs fireplace is inoperable.
-Streaming is available using your accounts.
-Lake Lure notice: Pontoon boats and non-motorized vessels may be no longer than 28 feet. All other boats, such as ski boats, fishing boats, deck boats, etc., may be no longer than 21 feet.
-Kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, and pontoon boats can be rented from a local service from Memorial Week-Thanksgiving.
-Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
-All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
-This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.
-All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

RUMBLING BALD GUEST PASSES
-Guest Passes can be picked up daily between 8:30am and 7:30pm at the Guest Services Desk in the lobby of Legends on the Lake.
-The name listed on the reservation must be present to collect the passes.
-It is preferred that reservations are submitted at least 5 days prior to arrival. Any last-minute requests will likely result in delays receiving your guest passes.
-Your reservation will need to include the number of guests 12 and over so that Rumbling Bald will provide the correct number of passes
-Passes will need to be picked up during business hours from Rumbling Bald guest services.
-There is a $50 fee if any passes need replaced.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
