I gave this place a 5 star! Comfy beds, adjoining bathrooms, safe and quiet neighborhood and exactly what we needed! Would definitely stay again if we come back!

Jacob was available at anytime and was responsive immediately. What an incredible property- it was well maintained and within 1000 yards of my family’s local home.

The property was convenient and roomy. Parking can be a challenge but we didn't mind the extra steps if we had to park further down the hill. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Great place, very clean, great location and ample bathrooms. Useful to know that it is three floors-2 bedrooms on top, living space on main, and one bedroom bottom floor. There is only street parking but we didn’t have a problem finding a spot. Overall great experience.

This is a very nice townhouse on a quiet street. There's ample parking and it was close to the highway as well as the airport. A nice surprise was that the showers had great force (I come from a state where water pressure on showers is restricted). I

Place was great. Clean! Efficient for our need. Parking worried me at first but no issue. You park on the street. Plenty of parking available. We were in a Tahoe and it worked great. Will stay here again.

Everything we needed as far as cooking, making coffee were provided. All equipment worked great! There were enough covers on the beds. We didn't use the futon bed, but all others were comfortable. Great neighborhood, friendly neighbors. I'd stay here again!

We had a great stay! Plenty of room for 5, loved the fact everyone had their own bathroom. Comfy beds, quiet neighborhood, easy drive to downtown Seattle, & loved sitting on the deck each morning watching the planes take off. Street parking wasn’t a big deal. Overall we would recommend Jacob’s place & look forward to visiting again!!

Lovely stay thankyou

We did find the beds a bit roll poly (needed a saddle to stay on) but everything else was awesome, thank you. Place may need a deep cleaning (grimy corners let down the rest of the cleaning quality.)

We enjoyed or stay for several days. It was pretty easy to drive to downtown Seattle and we found West Seattle had many good places to eat and access to the beach. We suggested some small ways the host could raise the quality of the house with minimal expense. Overall, it worked well for us and with a few small enhancements would deserve a five star rating.

As promised

Our family had a great stay and everything went smoothly. The property was as promised and we had no problems. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was very nice. The kitchen is well stocked and nicely appointed. We contacted the owners a couple of times with questions and they were very helpful and responsive.

Amazing location

Our stay at this house is a 100% recommendation. We had trouble getting the keypad to work checking in at 12AM midnight and the host still answered us and fixed the keypad right away despite it being so late. Communication was a 10. The house is clean just as I expected from the pictures. I lvled the fact that we were only 10 minutes away from Pikes Place and the ferry terminals. Definetly staying here again!

Comfortable, spacious, and well equipped

We used this space for a retreat for our nonprofit. 3 people stayed from out of town, and all 6 of us gathered in the living room. It worked great. The property was clean, spacious, well appointed, comfortable furnishings (our 3 out of towners all slept well in separate bedrooms) and an excellent base to explore West Seattle, or meet if you live there, as I do. The pictures gave a good and accurate portrait.Jacob was very responsive in communications. Highly recommended

Nice location but needs a good cleaning

We had issues getting in but the host got back to me within 30 minutes with a new code. The furniture is quite old which I sort of saw in the images. A deep cleaning and mold removal is desperately needed. One of the bathrooms had mold on the ceiling and one of the others was covered in cob webs. Overall nice place but some maintance is desperately needed. Also, only 2 rooms had portable a/c units.

Quiet, safe neighborhood -- which was perfect for our family. We had everything we need and then some. Street parking can be tough but thats just how it goes sometimes!! Highly recommend!!

Jason is an excellent host with wonderful communication. He always got back to me very quickly when l had a question.The house was very clean and well maintained. It is in a quiet neighborhood and not too far from downtown Seattle. We had to plan some of our excursions around peak traffic times (rush hour), but that's to be expected. My son did catch a bus to the baseball stadium which he said was very easy. Parking on the street was challenging during the evening hours.We had a great visit in beautiful city. We would definitely visit again. Thanks Jason for letting us rent the townhouse!
