This newly built beautiful guest house studio in the heart of the charming Washington-Willow Historic District full of lovely Victorian homes and gardens is walking distance from the Fayetteville Town Square with its fantastic restaurants and shops, a 7 minute drive to the U of A, and 2 minutes from the Mt Sequoyah Overlook and a 10 minute walk to Ozark natural foods co-op. It has a queen bed, living room, foldout couch, kitchenette, and modern steam shower. Sit on the lovely deck and enjoy the hot tub after a long day taking advantage of all Northwest AR has to offer (Razorbacks, Mountain Hiking/Biking, Crystal Bridges, The Momentary, The Amp etc) Our cat will greet you affectionately if you allow it 😊. Our place is ideal for two people, maybe one more on the small pullout (no littles for safety reasons) --3 guests maximum.

Very nice place to stay and we will definitely stay there again when we come back! The host left coffee, fresh milk, cold drinking water, 4 fresh eggs and toast. The space was very clean and nice, every last detail thought of. Also very peaceful and quiet.

We loved our stay. The property is beautiful, and every detail is really well thought out. The location is super convenient to downtown and Dickson, with the added benefit of being on a quiet, safe, and charming street. Check in was a breeze as was communication with the owners. Fantastic stay!

The area was very clean upon arrival. Location was perfect as you are close to Dickson street and College Ave without much traffic. Beautiful bathroom and tile, overall great experience.

Excellent stay

The property was exactly as advertised. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, yet still close to the university and downtown.

Shops were very close. Love visiting the Town Square Market on Saturday. The Brew Fest prior to the baseball game was especially fun.Our 2nd visit to this location. Love the proximity to the campus. Garden oasis in the middle of Fayetteville

The property was tucked away in a garden oasis and especially on a game weekend, the calm, peaceful setting is very much appreciated! The one bedroom apartment was very well appointed, completely updated and has everything needed for a weekend away!

It’s always a pleasure staying at Casa Gato—I love the property! It’s the ideal spot for my weekends in Fayetteville and so convenient to campus. On this last visit, I parked Friday night and didn’t move my vehicle again until Sunday—morning workouts made for an easy route back to campus, and I even hopped on a scooter back to Casa Gato after the football game. As a bonus, the cottage is perfectly appointed—and the steam shower can’t be beat!

Hidden Gem

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend to visit our niece, an U of A Pom team member. We can’t say enough about how cute this place is. Surrounded by lovely plants, the studio is beautifully decorated, very clean, and cozy. Our host was so nice and very helpful if we had questions about anything! We will definitely be back!

Oasis off campus

We're done staying at overpriced hotels when we come down to visit our son on campus. Now that we're empty nesters, we want to make these trips more like getaways. You would have never known we were Shana and her husband (a Cinema/Theater writing professor at U of A) were terrific hosts. As were their wonderful cats, Satchmo and Ella who greeted us in the courtyard the 1st morning. Terrific food/dining recommendations and only a mile from campus. We're coming back each year our son finishes. So glad we found this place.

This is the PERFECT place to stay if you are wanting to be close to UofA for a football game or even if you just need a relaxing weekend away! Just a few blocks away from wonderful resturants, cute little shops, and comfortable quiet bars. Our host was amazing! She always messaged me back just as soon as I messaged her. She was very accommodating with check in and check out times. I loved how she gave us off the main road parking and then our little cabin was fenced in away from the world. It seemed like we were in a tiny little hideway with access to all immenities within 5 minutes. Her and her husband were in the main house, but we didn't see them until checkout so everything was very private. She did message several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Also, when we opened the fridge she had left cold water, fresh hard boiled eggs, bread, and a few other drinks. Everything was clean and we had plenty of towels. While there was access to the hot tub, we didn't want to use it when we saw there was a steam shower! I always have leg pain at night and taking a steam shower completely took that away. During our stay, the temperature outside was 100 or more. But the temperature inside the room was AMAZING! Our hosts let us use as much air condintioning as we wanted too. So everything was so comfortable. If you have a chance to stay here, you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back!

We love our charming, bucolic historic neighborhood. Stroll the lovely side streets or walk down the grand boulevards of Washington and Willow Streets. We live walking or biking distance or a short drivefrom Ozark natural foods co-op, Fayetteville Square, and U of A campus.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Our newly built Studio was created for my husband’s mom to stay in when she’s not in Florida, so it was done with great care for every element. We have a wonderful steam shower, an attached deck with hot tub, and flower gardens on either side. It’s a sweet oasis but still very close to the action.
