This condo plus loft has a great location in Pine Ridge's only stand-alone building and slopeside near the 4 O'Clock Ski Run. Windows on three sides allow sunlight and views of the mountains in all directions. The decor, reminiscent of Breckenridge's mining and frontier history, provides the perfect environment for a relaxing vacation. The remodeled well-equipped kitchen has all new appliances and from the kitchen window you can watch the skiers returning home on the ski run or hikers and mountain bikers enjoying the trail in the summer. In warm weather, open the windows or the rear sliding balcony door to listen to Sawmill Creek flowing through the wetlands. The wood-burning fireplace adds warmth and a romantic touch to the living room, perfect for wintertime or other cool evenings.
When you book this charming condo you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!
Things to Know
This unit is located on the lower third (3rd) floor - 32 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by Vacasa and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Rules, regulations and availability are outside of Vacasa’s control. We appreciate your understanding as availability may shift without notice.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
