Escape to Wall Street Suites, a unique micro-suite in the city’s former water department. Historic pipes and meters add charm, while modern comforts make it a cozy retreat just steps from East Campus.
THE SPACE:
Relax in a chic, industrial suite with a queen bed, Smart TV, and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, cookware, spices, and complimentary coffee). The bathroom has a modern shower, and board games and books are provided for cozy nights in.
COMMON AREA
Work in the shared desk space or unwind in the seating areas designed for guests. Starter kit includes 3 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.
Shared laundry room in the same hallway as suites (across from Suite 1)
GUEST ACCESS
Self check-in with personal door code at the side entrance. Free on-site parking available.

We stayed while visiting SIUC family weekend The property is very clean and industrial chic fabulous. This location beats any of the local hotels. The elevator is non working but we were aware of this prior to booking and was not an issue for our needs. The host was very communicative and responsive. We highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect location for a Southern Illinois getaway! The suite is very well appointed and comfortable. Very clean, bright, and modern decor. Easy access, plenty of parking, and close to so much to do!

Yes, there were shops and dining nearby, including the campus. The manager was very quick in replying when I had a minor issue and it was resolved immediately. Very cute rooms!

Absolutely LOVE Wall Street Boutique!
Over the past four years while visiting our Saluki, SIVR and Wall Street Boutique has been a favorite place for us to stay. They have taken such good care of us on all our visits to see our daughter. The apartments are beautifully appointed, extremely comfortable and always clean. It has been the perfect home away from home for us. The welcome guide was always full of great recommendations for the area. Any future stays in Southern Illinois will definitely be with Southern Illinois Vacation Rentals and Wall Street Boutique.

Again, great place to stay
Love, love, love staying here. So close to campus, but It’s a quiet building. Try it, you won’t regret it!!

Should have stayed longer!
What a neat place, clean and modern with all the Amenities you could ever need. Nice quiet location

Great Stay
Spending a weekend near the SIU campus was perfect in this cute VRBO! So close to everything! Does not disappoint

Great Apartment!
This was a perfect apartment for the two of us! It is small, but very comfortable and had everything we needed! It was in a great location - close to hiking, local restaurants, the alpaca farm, and great local shops. We had a wonderful long weekend!

The host was great, very responsive and had us prepared for our arrival. The apartment is very nice and had everything we needed for our short stay and was a perfect location for our needs. The apartment is on the third floor with no working elevator which could be an issue for some.

Yes- for any one reading this- PLEASE read the entire listing description- we have made it very clear that you must use the stairwell pictured to access the suites on the 3rd floor. We have pictures and detailed descriptions so this is not a surprise to anyone who rents.

Great place
We were a little concerned by the outside of the building, but inside was a different story. The place is clean and has reasonable amenities, parking was plentiful, and check-in/out process was easy. We didn’t try to use the elevator but since the rooms are on the 3rd floor, that would have made it easier getting our luggage in. Overall a great stay.
