The property was awesome. Clean, comfortable and plenty of room. The location couldn't have been better for what we wanted to do while visiting the area. Would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely rent this same property again in the future. The hosts were extremely responsive and made it a great experience!!

Great place to stay

Cant ask for a better property to stay at. Owners were beyond awesome, easily reached and made sure our stay was perfect.

The house is in a perfect location. Close to the crystal clear waters of the springs. Quick trip to Margaritas restaurant where Sam(owner) showed the kids a few magic tricks. Which they are still trying to solve. We went on a week day and snorkeled at homosassa springs. Beautiful, you can watch the fish swim all around and see where the water is flowing into the river. The weekends at the springs were more busy. It is worth making the trip though. The boat slip made launching kayaks easy and the dock and sea wall made it an ideal set up for fishing. The house was well comfortable and supplied with everything you should need for a memorable vacation. We will definitely be coming back to this house. ( which I would not say lightly..)

The host was easy to contact and checked to see how things were going in the rental. The rental was nicely furnished. We especially liked the availability of the kayaks.

Very nice property in a convenient location. We enjoyed especially the screened in porch and the deck out back to sit and relax and watch the water. We took the kayaks out a few times and it was nice to have these available. The house was comfortable, AC worked well, and very well-equipped. Plenty of parking, beds were comfortable, and lots of TVs and furniture throughout the house.

Great get away!

Beautiful, clean, spacious and comfortable. Lots of places inside the home to gather or just sit and relax Also very nice screened in porch area.

Beautiful Waterfront Home

Property was exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks and sitting out on the screened lanai. Located close to many local restaurants.

Family vacation

We had an amazing stay. The property had a boat ramp, boat dock and kayaks available. We were in the water daily. The owner was also very available.

Great stay.

This property was in perfect condition. Great furnishings and clean. Alot of thought was put into all things done to this place. Very comfortable, just steps to water.

Perfect Getaway

We had a great vacation. House was in the perfect location and close to the springs. The house had everything you needed and was very roomy for me and my family. Can’t wait for next year!!

Beautiful Home!!!

Four adults looking to enjoy a wekend of relaxation and good seafood. The hosts were extremely personable and accomodating. The home was emaculate with a warm ambiance.We will definitely be back.

Scalloping trip

Perfect for our scalloping trip. Deep canal no issues with the boat getting in and out. Owners replied super quick to any questions I had.

Pleastant and peaceful

We enjoy the peace and quiet. Host was very informative and polite. House is very spacious, neat and clean. The dock was very nice to sit on all day to relax.

Beautiful River Home

This immaculately clean and beautifully appointed home sits on a quiet canal and is the perfect place to stay for a Homosassa vacation. The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need and also provides excellent communication throughout your stay. We look forward to returning sometime soon and highly recommend this property.

An awesone place

This home exceeded our expectations. There was enough space for 6 adults to comfortably interact. The amenities were great. We did take advantage of the kayaks and saw lots of manatees. The property was easy to find and everything was spotless and well maintained. We would definitely stay there again.

Hidden Gem

Stay was perfect for 2 of us and would easily accommodate additional couple or large family. Large modern kitchen and well appointed open spaces Clean, quiet, safe and comfortable. Easy access to paddle the springs and river. Area has fun local dive bars full of friendly characters. Host was awesome in communication and provided items. Would stay again.
