Quiet and Peaceful Bungalow close to all area amenities!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The home is surrounded by trees in the the Charlevoix Country Club community. It is just 3 miles from downtown Charlevoix. There are 3 beaches within 3 miles of the home. Nubs Knob and the Boyne resorts are within 30 minutes. The home was recently remodeled and is fully equipped.
The home does have well water. The small faucet at the kitchen sink provides pure RO water for drinking and cooking. Please note that the pool and sauna are not onsite! There is a community pool within walking distance that is pay per use.

Beautiful private place. Very well stocked and comfortable. Host was easily available if needed. Would definitely stay again. Charlevoix is such a beautiful city.

Perfect place to stay in Charlevoix

The house was beautiful. Perfectly placed off the beaten path of town, but close enough to town when you want to visit.

Wrong town

I booked this spot because it was adorable and I had no idea how far it was from where I was supposed to be, BUT, it was worth every extra minute on the road!

Cute little place

The house was clean and charming. We loved having morning coffee on the big beautiful porch.The only reason I gave it a 3 star on description was I honestly believe it listed a hot tub but there is no hot tub. I would love to know the history of this house. The only suggestion I have is get rid of the built in bench seats and put some comfortable living room furniture in there. Would stay again!

However, with your suggestion I put it in the main description as well! We continuously look at layout to review options for comfort and practicality. We enjoyed your stay and welcome you back soon!

We loved this property! Close enough to downtown Charlevoix but also secluded. Quick drive to Petoskey too! Cynthia was a lovely host - we had a welcome booklet, bottle of local vodka, mixers, and snacks upon arrival. We were in town for a fantasy-inspired ball & were in a pinch with surprise rain. The house even had an umbrella, which saved our hair & gowns! Only item to note: the larger bedroom has an attached bathroom, but with no door. If you are staying with someone in the room, either be comfortable with no door or create a gameplan! (There is an extra bathroom with a door, but with four ladies doing hair & make-up, they were pretty occupied). Loved this property & will keep in mind for future stays!

Host was super responsive. It was my husband and two daughters and the place was perfect. Close to town and very clean. We love to visit Charlevoix and we will look to stay here again. Thank you!

Description was accurate but if you need ADA accommodation (we did not) this is not for you. The place has everything you need, but nothing really sparkled. Location is very convenient. Interior was sufficiently cleaned, but the porch looked like it could use extra maintenance. It was obvious that there is still some renovation being done on the property so maybe they’re waiting until that’s finished. Bottom line I would recommend staying here.

Family get away for a wedding in Charleviox, it was beautiful, clean, private, and peaceful. We will definitely be using this home next time we are in the area. Great location between Charleviox and Petoskey. So much to see and do.

The place was updated and very neat and clean. Very quiet secluded area. Very nice to walk through the area at night and observe wildlife. Very close to downtown Charlevoix and area amenities.

The cottage was very lovely. Everything inside was fully renovated and stocked with all of the amenities you need - pots, pans, utensils, shower toiletries, etc. The location was a good combination of quiet seclusion with a 5 minute drive to Charlevoix. We visited in May so we enjoyed the gas fireplace in the cool evenings. The host was very responsive and seemed to care about ensuring visitors have the best experience possible in the property.
