You'll be nearby the numerous Charlevoix festivals/music concerts/craft fairs... Great location for the Venetian Festival parade of boats and fireworks.

The unit was extremely clean, well stocked and very comfortable. We were able to take our 2 small dogs which was a plus. Great location in the middle of Charlevoix.

Trip to Charlevoix

Great location. We could walk to town, city park was near by and we could sit and watch the boats come and go.Very relaxing stay

I really liked the place. I would recommend it. Minor issue with cleanliness of two chair but Joan came with cleaner and took care of it. Great location on the bay.

We have stayed in these accommodations multiple times when we visit Charlevoix. They are very comfortable and the downtown Charlevoix location cannot be beat. Would highly recommend. The owner of the property, Joan Funk, is very attentive to questions or concerns. We will certainly stay there again.

Amazing stay

Wonderful property with an even better location! Plenty of room for my family of 4 which includes 2 toddlers. Loved the view of the marina. Will be back for many years to come!

The location was perfect, close to Marina , close to the beautiful Park , walking distance to the Pier and beach. The downtown area is pristine with great shops and restaurants.

The owner was great went out of her way to take care of us the microwave broke the next day she had one early in the morning at the property for us thank you very much appreciate everything you did for us

Great location and dog friendly

This is probably our 4th time staying at Marina Suite. We love the location and the fact that it is dog friendly. I would give our stay a 5 if it weren't for the infestation of fruit flies. Joan responded very quickly with fruit fly traps, but we still had to deal with them for our entire stay.

An excellent rental

Location was prime, space was well appointed. Units above us were relatively quiet. Parking was about a block away, which was fine, but not clear/correct in the listing on VRBO.

Great place in an amazing location!

We had a wonderful stay in the Marina Suite! It was a very nice place with a patio facing the marina which we loved. The view was wonderful. Just steps from downtown Charlevoix and the beach, it was the perfect location. The suite was clean and had everything we needed for a northern Michigan getaway. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Charlevoix.

Home Away From Home...

We have spent several summer vacations staying in the Marina Suite. It feels like home away from home to my husband & I, as well as our standard poodle. The downtown location simply can't be beat. Shopping, beaches, restaurants, concerts in the park, glorious sunsets are all within walking distance. We highly recommend - and will certainly be back next summer!

Marina Suite was one of the nicest units we have ever rented.

The furniture was beautiful, the decorating accents made it feel like home and the unit was supplied with everything you could possibly need. The view of the harbor and Marina from the patio was beautiful and the ability to walk to restaurants and shopping cannot be beat. We will definitely rent from Joan again.

A few years ago, I visited some friends who have a vacation home in Charlevoix, Michigan. I fell in love with the town and it's people. It was August and I was coming from the hot, humid, south which might have had something to do with it.

However, i've also been to Charlevoix in the middle of winter and still love it!

The view is terrific!

I've always wanted to live some place where I could walk to the restaurants, bars, beach, library, shops and movie theater. This is the place!

Other than the bedroom and bathroom, the suite is a large open inviting space. In time for the 2016 Season, I'll have replaced the leather sectional with a comfy sleeper sofa and two leather recliners. Its great to be able to set at the patio table and see the marina.
