This spot was INCREDIBLE for my wedding weekend! We used this condo for me and my 9 bridesmaids to get ready for my wedding. It was convenient for them to walk over the morning off from our room blocks and so spacious. It was so fun watching all of my guests Saturday morning walk downtown to get coffee while I was getting ready. My husband and I spent our wedding night here and agreed we would be back here in the future!

The location was excellent. The condo was clean and spacious. The building itself is old and could use some TLC. My first impression was not good to be honest. The carpet, especially on the staircase, was old and dirty. But....the apartment was great! I would stay ahain if I could get the same room.

Wonderful Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked a stay in condo 201 which has beautiful views of Downtown Charlevoix and the bridge. The floor concept is open and spacious. Check in was a breeze and there is an elevator which was a bonus with the luggage. There are a few small things that need to be fixed, but overall the condo was in great condition.
