This was a great property for a family getaway. The property management company was also very helpful and responsive which made check in /check out a breeze.

Beautiful house and property. More kitchen towels a pot holder. Mold in shower upstairs. Other than than that we had a nice stay.

Home was very spacious and clean. Bathroom showers could definitely use some updating but there was sufficient water pressure and good drainage at least. Take a few baby gates if you have children who need to stay clear of stairs as those are not provided. We really appreciated the cleanliness and the great communication between the host and us. The location was amazing. Back deck was perfect and so enjoyable. Comfortable outdoor furniture. Good size fenced yard where we could allow the dogs out and not be concerned about them roaming too far. The ac broke the day of our arrival. Granted it’s a mountain home, but we are hot sleepers so even with box fans in the windows and all windows open, it was still very hot at night. We weren’t really there enough in the daytime for the ac to have much effect on that part our stay. If it was later in the season it probably would have been fine at night, but being Labor Day weekend it was still warm enough outside throughout the nights to make the evenings too hot to sleep comfortably. Some portable ac units would have been much appreciated.

Hello and thank you for the review, we are sorry about the AC, it quit the day before you arrived (bad transformer) and in our town nothing can get fixed that requires a tradesperson over a long weekend. We were hoping the low 60's would be enough to cool the place off at night and we are sorry if that wasnt the case, we did attempt to purchase some portable ACs but unfortauntely someone else seemingly had the same problem as both Ferguson and Walmart had none. Again, we thank you for staying with us and hope to host you again with working AC. As a side note the AC has been repaired as of writing this reply.

Relaxing Weekend

Great location in upper canyon. The place stayed warm and the fenced yard was perfect for furry guests. Comfortable beds! Game room was a hit.

Bearadise Cabin

Loved my stay at this cabin. Me and my family really enjoyed our time there. The kids had a blast with the game room and hot tub features. Not to mention the sceneries were beautiful. Will definitely be returning soon.

The cabin is nice but it needed more cleaning, the cleaning fees are too high to have it like that. Jacuzzi was a little duty also.

Overall good experience

Wanted to get away for the weekend with the family, house was big enough accommodate everyone. House was clean and organized, as shown online.

Family fun

We were celebrating my husbands 50th birthday with our 3 kids, their significant others and our grand puppy. The game room was so much fun, playing pool and skee ball. We loved that everyone had their own room and the outdoor deck was awesome!!! It was my favorite part. Location was great too. The hot tub and fenced in outdoor area downstairs was off the gameroom which was great. We will definitely be back soon.

We absolutely loved our stay at Bearadise! The cabin was beautiful! We had so much fun in the evenings spending time as a family in the huge game room! The mornings on the huge deck overlooking the trees and various wildlife was breathtaking. We even got to watch elk grazing just a few feet from the deck! It was also a perfect place to grill steaks and enjoy the cool breeze while eating dinner. Oh and the huge jacuzzi tub just before bed was heaven! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! Everyone was super nice and very accommodating! We celebrated my mother’s 80th birthday and her recent Cancer remission and everything was perfect! Thank you guys so much! We will definitely be back soon!

Cleanliness Under Par

At first glance the property was beautiful inside and out, great location. With a deeper look i noticed the property wasn't properly swept which wasnt a biggy but it brought attention. I called management with a couple items lost pool ball, broken arcade game, and pool table felt stained. Just so no extra charges were added. Once time for dinner i checked the oven and found to my amazment a foil container of molded rice and two dirty pans with food. This is where i felt the property was never cleaned. I called management and spoke to the owner of the property but he assured me it was cleaned and told me to contact him in the morning. Now we are looking in detail to everything and we felt uncomfortable. The whole first night we cleaned the property ourselves and washed all the linens. Before doing so we had to make a store run to get basic supplies that should have been supplied to us. Dish soap, dishwaser detergent, laundry soap, trash bags, and more toilet paper. Great way to spend our first night. The next day before our hike i went by the office to speak with the owner just as requested. I explained my full disappointment and showed him pictures of all of the discrepancies above along with finger nail clipping found in the sofa cup holder. He did agree to reimburse the cleaning fee which i appreciated but felt it was below of what should have been compensated. Especially after we had to buy supplies and clean the property on ourselves.dstained. arcade ga me would'

Will ABSOLUTELY recommend and rent this property again!!! Clean, roomy, awesome game room and pet friendly with closed off yard which is great when you have pets. Amazing stay
