Place was very nice and laid out! Host were very nice and respectful and communicative! AC did go out for a little bit but the host were able to fix that ASAP

The house was very cozy and accommodated our party of 8 comfortably. It's conveniently located across the street from a grocery store and a liquor store, yet is very quiet and serene. The backyard was a great place to unwind, play games, and bbq. Two separate loving spaces allowed adults to watch the world cup and the kids to watch a movie without bothering each other. The hosts checked in and were available for questions. It's a great property!

We were here from out of state to celebrate our sons wedding. We initially chose this home as it was close to wedding venue. It did not disappoint!The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at the house. Plenty of utensils/dishes/cookware to prepare what we wanted. As far as sleeping accommodations, all beds were super comfy. Master bedroom had oscillating fan, which was a bit noisy, but we appreciated it as it was some white noise for us while kids were up talking!!The outdoor space was positively wonderful!! My family all appreciated a great space to hang out, play games(bags game provided by homeowner). We utilized the outdoor furniture and fire table...again...all wonderful things to make the time together more cozy.We would absolutely stay here again if it is the entire group of us. Zero hesitation!Another bonus is that there is a Safeway right across the street for your grocery shopping convenience!Many good food options close by for a quick breakfast/bite to eat.

Great location for visiting DU! Easy walk to shops for coffee, ice cream, restaurants, etc. The house has a fantastic backyard to relax in or play some of the many outdoor games they make available! Spacious enough for the four of us. Would book this place again!

Wonderful stay! The house was very comfortable with comforterable beds, great sleeping arrangements, and a large dining area for our group of 9 adults. Convenient location made it perfect. We’d happily stay again!

Home was fantastic. It met all of our needs for my family. Host communicated very well with me and I felt that they really cared about us having a great experience. Checked up on us regularly for leading up to and after the stay, Home was conveniently located right across the street from a grocery store which made it easy for us.I would recommend this home and do plan on using it again my next trip to Denver.
