Escape to Lodge at Pine Lake, a peaceful lakeside retreat just 30 minutes from downtown St. Louis. Enjoy the perfect balance of relaxation and nearby adventure while surrounded by nature.

This private two-bedroom home features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven, a cozy Sleep Number® bed in the primary bedroom, a full-size bed in the second bedroom, and a futon with a Smart TV in the living room. A dedicated workspace and free Wi-Fi make it easy to stay connected if needed.

Step outside to enjoy your private hot tub overlooking the lake, a gas grill, fire pit, outdoor shower, and access to seven shared acres. Spend your days fishing in our private catch-and-release lake wirh complimentary watercraft, exploring local attractions, or simply unwinding by the water.

The home is quiet, air-conditioned, and professionally cleaned between every stay. Please note that both bedrooms are located on the second floor, so guests must be able to climb stairs.

We're pet lovers, too! Well-behaved pets are welcome for an additional fee, and our pup Hamilton who lives next door always enjoys making new friends.

A very nice visit. Next to the lake was fun and even got to fish a little. Got a nice visit from the owner and her friendly dog. (Surprisingly not a single mosquito!)

WiFi was down for our visit so we had to use our cell phone as a hotspot (using up our entire data allowance). There is no dishwasher if that is an absolute must, but we were thrilled with our week and enjoyed every single day that flew by way too quickly. Our hosts (Tony. and Kim) could not possibly have been more gracious, and bent over backwards to please. There is a hot tub that is wonderfully relaxing, and the view is priceless.

We really enjoyed our stay. The decorations in the house are really nice including the seasonal halloween/fall decor put out. Enclosed front porch was really nice spent a lot of time out there. The kids had a lot of fun fishing and going out on the kayaks.

Our hosts were very welcoming and excellent at communicating with us! We enjoyed using the hot tub and the wood burning stove on the enclosed 3 season porch. Which by the way had a wonderful view of the lake. The best part was being only 20 minutes from home but feeling like we were secluded out in the country- much needed peace and quiet. Thanks for the get-away- while we had some work done on our house.

Hosts were very nice, very responsive when I had questions. Absolutely best sunset from a hot tub. Well stocked for little items we forgot. Close enough to store but far enough it was very quiet. The lake was nice to fish/read at. Caught 2 fish even!

Loved this property and can't wait to go back. I don't think there was anything that they didn't think of to make the stay amazing. Very responsive. I had to contact them and even tho they were out of town for their anniversary they still took the time to make sure everything was going good for us. Would recommend 100% to stay here!!!

Rest and recharge

A beautiful property that made it easy to rest and get away from the hustle and bustle. The offered amenities were great and the home was super clean. We do plan to return to the property in the fall to enjoy those beautiful sunsets.

Kim and Tony are seasoned short-term rental hosts who are musicians by hobby and work in the nonprofit sector during the day. Kim works for a family foundation and Tony works for a kids camp near the Shawnee National Forest. They live in the farm house across the property.

One of the things we love most is that you feel miles away from everything, yet you're only about 30 minutes from downtown St. Louis. Guests can spend the day exploring local breweries, restaurants, parks, and attractions, then return to the quiet of the lake. It's the perfect balance of convenience, privacy, and nature.
