Location is awesome; we walked to most places, including the Gateway Arch and the Dome; and great restaurants surrounding it. The unit was also very spacious and comfortable.

It’s very convenient to everything downtown. The accommodations are fine. It has an industrial vibe. Two bedrooms are quite comfortable. Bathrooms are good. Great water pressure and temperature are great.

The loft is as described in the description. We initially had a rough start due to the elevator not working at check-in time. Cleanliness of the loft and quietness of the building helped make the rest of our stay easy. We would definitely rent with them again.

While the location and overall tidiness of the property was good, there was no toilet paper for us to use and a lack of communication for getting some to us during our stay. We ended up having to go buy some ourselves. The outside electronic lock and the elevator were also both often not working while we there.

The word we used for choosing your property rather than a hotel was "PERFECT". Host was unbelievably quick to respond when I had questions. Location made it possible to walk to Convention Center multiple times each day. Our grandsons and a couple friends were able to play pool when they came over for lunches. Being able to have breakfast, lunches and a couple dinners in the loft was much less expensive than eating out--access to grocery was superb! Beds were very comfortable, and water pressure was great. In between robotics matches we were able to enjoy lots of great walks--Busch Stadium, Soulard Market, The Arch/Park, City Museum, historic buildings. Great stay!!!

Clean rooms, excellent location to popular downtown areas. Walked everywhere. The beds were comfortable. There was street parking right in front of the building. You had to plug the meter every 2 hours except 7pm-7am but it was fine. Saturday night there was a lot of noise in the room above us, no fault to the owner and a lot on the street below. It also was St. Paddy’s Day weekend. We were there for a wedding so not sure if this is normal on a weekend. Overall good deal for the price. I would stay there again.

I booked a unit that specifically advertised a pool table because a group of five of us, including four kids, were celebrating a three-day birthday trip. This trip was carefully planned 8 weeks in advance. On the morning of check in, I received an email stating the unit with a pool table was not available because of a maintenance issue. Because I had already purchased suite tickets for a Cardinals game, I could not change our travel plans. I informed the host of this and requested a discount to move into another room. The host said she’d request the discount. On my way to the alternate unit, I had to request check-in instructions. I was told they would automatically be provided prior to check in, but they were not.The unit we were assigned was fine, and I would stay there again. The location is very good.The biggest disappointment came during the final morning when my son and I were on the elevator with two other guests. We chatted a bit and the other father commented on how much they were enjoying their room with a pool table. Well, well, well. What do you know? The room I originally paid for was not available to me but was available for someone else. Talk about seething.Adding insult to injury, the request I received to rate my stay actually showed a picture of the pool table! Before I wrote this review, I emailed the host asking about my discount. Three days later, I still haven’t heard a thing.

The apartment was perfect and so close to the Arch and the Busch Stadium. We so enjoyed our visit We were in for a family wedding and also got to visit so many places around the city. Poppy was an amazing host and responded quickly to my questions I would highly recommend this VRBO if you are visiting St. Louis

Great option if needing to be downtown! I attended a conference at the convention center and this was very conveniently located for quick walks to the conference and all the nearby restaurants!
