This beach rental condo was absolutely wonderful. The space was clean, bright, and comfortable, with well-appointed kitchen and living areas, and the hosts were exceptional—so friendly, thoughtful, and incredibly responsive to every question and detail. The entire experience was seamless, and I would gladly stay here again.

Nice Stay

Great location, excellent communication and lots of great amenities on the property. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had all that we needed to prepare meals.Very nice gated community. We loved having this place as a home base and it was very relaxing to come back to after our adventures out.

Elaine and David were wonderful hosts. The property provides everything you and your family need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Direct access to the beach, heated pool, hot tub and many amenities on site. You can even watch the rocket launches from the Space Force Station and cruise ships leaving the port. Around the area we saw lizards, peacock/peahens and someone surf fishing catch a black tip shark. Thank you!! If we visit Cape Canaveral in the future we will certainly rebook!

Beautiful condo

We have stayed at Royal Mansions a month each year since 2011. This is nicest condo we have be in. The communication with the owner is excellent.

Amazing getaway!

Royal Sailfish was a wonderful week away! The place is immaculate, everything you need at your fingertips. Loved having the pool and ocean right there, and the security of the gated community. The condo is close to everything! Thank you for a relaxing week away from life’s worries!

Royal Sailfish at Royal Mansions.

Been going to Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral for about 35 years and Royal Mansions for about 20 years. This unit, Royal Sailfish, is the nicest one we have ever stayed in. We stayed their last year and again this year. Host if very helpful.

Outstanding condo

The owner made sure that everything was done perfectly. The condo itself is immaculate, the furniture is upgraded, and the Murphy bed is excellent. The king bed led to late morning sleeping. Communication with the owner was seamless. I highly recommend renting this wonderful place.

Excellent vacation! The condo pictures reflect the unit. Bathroom floor a little slippery because of limited mats/rugs so we put down a towel. Appliances excellent shape. We have stayed at Royal Mansion before and the property is nice!

Originally from PA and a PSU Alumni I've lived in many places and enjoyed the benefits of many Resort type communities. Miami FL, Scottsdale/Cave Creek, AZ, Breckenridge, CO, Satellite Beach FL to name a few. Elaine is originally from the Bay Area, Saratoga CA. She also lived in San Diego CA, Scottsdale AZ, and Satellite Beach FL. I'm a former Military Pilot and an Airline Pilot of over 35 years. Elaine was a Flight Attendant for 16 years and has been very involved in Equestrian Sports and Training. my first Hosting experience was with a Mountainside Duplex I rented in Colorado as a short term vacation property. Since then we have actively been involved in Florida Real Estate for over 25 years with a small Development company we started in 2000. Elaine branched out from the development side and has been a Realtor here on the Space Coast for over 6 years. We've been married over 26 yrs with two grown children and two german shepherd pups. We regularly enjoy boating, all water sports, paddle surfing, skiing, snowboarding, and of course dining out and entertainment. Our lives have pretty much have always related to travel, resort- vacation style living, an active outdoor lifestyle, and interacting with others that share that same passion. Moving from long-term property to Hosting shorter term vacation style rental was right in our wheel house. We enjoy being in a position to use our past experience to help make our guests have a truly special stay at one of our properties.

The area is both a beautiful wide beach with private access and parking, yet close walking distance to dining, entertainment, bars, shopping, and other services. The area is very up and coming with new restaurants, shops, and entertainment opening regularly. With Highway A1A being seperated into adivided North and South Roads, walking and relaxing is easy and safe.

Beautifull 4th Floor End Unit. Allows 270 degree Panoramic Views from Atlantic Ocean and Beaches to Island Views. Property in a unique part of Cocoa Beach where Hwy A1A is divided into a Northbound 2-Lane and Southbound 2-Lane road seperated by a city block. This preserves the Beachside feel and makes walking in the area safe and easy. It is in the heart of the Dining and Entertainment District of Cocoa Beach so most anything you want is within easy walking distance. The unit is newly renovated with upscale modern decor and equipped with everything you'll need, from appliances to large screen entertainment systems and home theater. Beach Cruiser Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf Boards, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Coolers, Cart, and beach toys are provided for your use. We are long time residents of the area and available to answer any questions and make recommendations so your stay will be sure to be a very positive experience. Welcome!
