Nice condo in the Royal Mansions Resort is located near Port Canaveral cruise ship terminals, Cocoa Beach, Disney World, Seaworld, Universal Studio, Space Center, and Orlando. It gives you a great isolated beach access point with less crowded attractions. The condo can accommodate up to 4 persons with full kitchen, washer & dryer, WIFI, cable TV, Spa and heated pool. You can find very much all activities nearby like tennis, golf, windsurfing, jet skiing, tours, paddle boarding or deep-sea fishing expeditions.

The condo boasts beautiful ocean views from the master bedroom, living room, as well as through the sliding doors in the dining room; the kitchen has been recently upgraded to quartz countertops and make-over cabinetry, luxury vinyl flooring, as well as has all the pots/pans/tableware to enjoy home cooking. The bathroom has a new quartz countertop vanity and includes both a bathtub and a walk-in shower, with brand new Moen faucets, which can be run simultaneously. The living room sofa folds out into a queen bed for extra sleeping space. The dining room has large sliding doors that open to a generously sized balcony that overlooks the beach.

We chose this location because it is on the beach and in a quiet area. However when we got there on Sunday, the beach was closed due to dredging, and remained closed for 3 more days. There was heavy equipment on the beach that made loud noises when they were backing up (24-7) and large lights to make it possible to work at night. We requested at $25/day refund from the host. He refused and offered a discount for a future stay which we refused.

Clean and great location

The condo was very clean and in an excellent location. Condo area was secure, pool was great, and extremely close to the beach and local restaurants. Having beach chairs and towels was a plus!

Ocean View

Comfy bed, nice balcony with ocean view, a short walk to the beach. It was a convenient location for all we wanted to do in the area. Nice enough overall, but could use some thoughtful sprucing up.

Missed launch

The manager of the property was very helpful and responded quickly to all and any issues. The issues were my fault but he was very polite and understanding. The location was excellent and it was cozy. The only down side which is minor was a scratch on the wall in the bedroom.

Great time in Florida!

I came to Florida for work, which unfortunately was effected by Hurricane Milton. The owner was wonderful at communicating and accommodating the travel delays and issues I experienced. He was easy to reach and responsive with questions. The place was great - lovely view of the ocean, clean and lots of extra bits and bobs to make the stay better (e.g. beach umbrellas and towels). The pool and other facilities were well maintained and we had no issues using them. Check in/out was easy. All in all I would really recommend this place to folks for either a holiday or business travel. Loved it!

This place was exactly what we needed. The place is very clean and well stocked. The owner has thought of all your needs and responds quickly to any of your questions. The beach is so close. And the views are amazing. Hope to stay there again.

Perfect choice

Perfect for what we were looking for and came with chairs and umbrella to take to the beach so we could enjoy relaxing by beach under the sun just a short walk from the unit. Loved how we could easily step out and watch a rocket launch. Will definately book again in the future.

Nice, quick, relaxing break!!

The property description is spot on for this location and stay. It was steps away from a very walkable, enjoyable, and Funtime beach. Close enough to essential groceries and restaurants, but far enough away to give you that oasis type feel and solitude. There are thrift stores, trendy spots and local restaurants within 10-15 minutes of here. But if you don’t want to leave, then don’t. The beach, the pool and the atmosphere here lends itself to just relaxing. The property itself is well kept and clean. We had no issues with anything while there, and Mark even let us check in early when requested due to some I favorable weather we were experiencing. If we end up back in the area, we will definitely be booking here again.

Convenient & Comfortable

This property was clean and meet all our needs for a couple days. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was unexpectedly refreshing. Great stay, great value compared to a hotel.

PERFECT! Great experience.

Such a cute little place. We brought our two teen boys to play on the beach and had a blast. The place is quiet, cute, well equipped, and close to everything. We recieved a message from Mark, the host, with all the information, codes, and instructions. We never heard from him again. Not that we didn't mind, but we have stayed at a couple places that the host lived on the same property and visited with us the entire time and we felt like we were being rude trying to get away to enjoy our vacation. That was not the case here. We never heard from Mark, but knew he was available if we had an issue. We messaged him that we had left and had an immediate response thanking us for our stay. We will definately add this to our favorites. Great experience. 100%

Great location

Our first to the Space Coast was so fantastic! This property is located close to everything, restaurants, grocery store, mini golf and more. Property was well kept, and the view from the room is beautiful.

A wonderful stay!

Mark is a terrific host. The condo was incredibly clean and very well appointed making for an enjoyable and very comfortable stay. The proximity to the beach can't be beat!

VERY CLEAN and PERFECT SPOT

Mark was wonderful to work with and answered questions/provided support promptly. The condo was very clean and well-organized. It also was well equipped and included sand toys, beach chairs, and more! It was great to have a nice washer/dryer combo access right inside of the condo. The pool and hot tub were nice and warm which was a necessity for us with the cool weather that we encountered.

Great location

This condo was perfect for our needs. It was right on the beach with a heated pool and hot tub. There were a lot of fun things to do close by.

This is the most economical way to stay in the ocean front place where you can access to all amenities of the luxury resort. You can enjoy the beautiful sandy beach with less crowded traffic and watch the space launches from anywhere.
There are many good seafood restaurants nearby along the port or riverside where you can have diners and enjoy beautiful views of water activities on the ocean or rivers.
