This oceanfront penthouse is in the Royal Mansions Condominium, Cape Canaveral, with beautiful ocean views, heated pool, spa, and private beach access. It is located within an hour from Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and Kennedy Space Center. You can find very much all activities nearby like tennis, golf, windsurfing, jet skiing, tours, paddle boarding or deep-sea fishing expeditions. It is near Jetty Park, and Port Canaveral, and Cocoa Beach Pier with safe and friendly neighborhood.
This multi-level penthouse condo is totally renovated with brand new kitchen, bathrooms, open stairways, and furniture. It is equipped with everything you need during your stay including full kitchen, wireless internet, cable, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, and all necessities. The master suite is on the top floor with a king size bed set and the master bathroom, which has a tub with shower head and a separate walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with a walk-in shower, The pull-out sofa bed in the living room is a queen size. The kitchen has all the pots/pans/tableware to enjoy home cooking. You can enjoy beautiful ocean views from the balcony outside the living room.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beach and pool were just steps away, making the location absolutely perfect. Check-in was simple thanks to the clear and easy instructions, and Mark was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and clean. Was happy with the wonderful beds and the closet space. Loved the beach access and the chairs that were in the unit. Very nice and easy to access the lock box and gated area.

Right in beautiful beach - easy access over the dunes secure parking big pol and soa with wonderful water temp condo has nice ptio with partial ocean view and shade great decor nd a/c worked wonderfully we brought beach gear but enjoyed the extras lots of bech towels and bth towels coffee was very much appreciated! Two rooms but big closet for pak n play at nap time Nice vegetation around pool Our host is friendly and quick with all needed info for an easy check in and check out

The location was greatClose to the beachSadly we were there for only 2 daysThe place has everything needed for long stay. Spent 2 nights here before getting on a cruise ship. The location is ideal… only 10 minutes from the cruise terminal. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

No fault of the property at all! Our plans changed unexpectedly when our flight out of Colorado was canceled, so we ended up having to drive all the way to Florida from Atlanta. The property was great and the location was very convenient and close to the port. Unfortunately, because of the change in plans, we didn’t really get a chance to enjoy any of the amenities. We had originally planned a whole beach day,so we weren’t able to experience enough of the property to give a fair or detailed review. Overall, though, it was a great stay and very convenient for our trip!

Very safe area beautiful renovated condo

Great view from the condo and just steps from the beach. Comfortable beds and this area is great, super safe and quiet. I look forward to going back!

The condo is the perfect set up and nice location for the beach and the pool was warm and nice also. The owner is easy to communicate with and we would come back here again!

Super nice place and great location

This place was GREAT! My girlfriend and I had a girls weekend and it was perfect. Private beach access, owner provided beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler. We each had our own bathroom and the location was perfect. Close to good restaurants and a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Great location!

Location is perfect as it’s only a few steps to the beach! We enjoyed our stay at this updated and modern condo. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of steps as it’s on the second floor (no elevator) but well worth it as the view from the balcony is terrific. Would definitely stay here again.
