Ride the waves and watch the cruise ships and an occasional rocket launch from your uncrowded beach. 1st floor cozy oceanside condo in the quiet, family oriented, gated community of Royal Mansions. Steps from private beach entrance, pool and hot tub. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and private patio. Community has outdoor shower and grilling area and plenty of free parking for guests. Bike or drive to the famous Cocoa Beach Pier or Port Canaveral or to the many shops or restaurants in the area. Condo has bikes and beach toys, chairs and umbrellas for your use and enjoyment.

Outstanding rental! The location was great, with access to the pool and gated beach access. Everything we needed was within a 10 min drive.Communication with the host was perfect. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

This is by far the best experience we have had. The host, Melissa, has made our experience memorable! She is attentive and responds in a timely manner. The condo is very well equipped and has everything needed for a short-term or long-term trip. It has easy access to a pool and the beach is just steps away! Perfect location!

We enjoyed the great convenient location of the condo, it was comfortable and very well-supplied! A very nice complex with easy access to the pool and the beach. It's a very fun & beachy condo that we hope to return to in the future.

Fantastic property for the value. We appreciated the beach items and easy access to the facilities pool, hut tub, and beach. We've already talked about visiting this property again next year for a longer stay. The only ding we would give the property is the pillows weren't very comfortable, but that could just be a personal preference.

We enjoyed our stay here. Access to the site, parking and the beach is excellent. Great communication with owner/manager. There’s enough of everything you would need in the home. Although it was just me and my husband, the space is enough for 8 people to sleep :) I want to thank Melissa personally, we will definitely return.

Great beach cottage

Lovely beach cottage convenient to the ocean and pool. Enough space for our family of five and having beach toys and chairs was a great advantage!

Family vacation for beach wedding

We has a very nice stay here! Everything was wonderful and very clean! We had one mishap during our stay, but when i co.tacted the owner, it was fixed in a very timely manner! Hoghly recommend this place to stay!

We absolutely loved our time at this rental. There was a bit of an issue finding the unit as for some reason the email or received from verbo did not include that information. You do need a gate code to get into the complex as well and the only thing we received was the door code for entry. However, the host was incredibly responsive to us and we were able to access the property very quickly. This property was absolutely amazing as a beach stay. There were beach towels and a beach blanket and beach toys and the beach itself was only a short walk away. We absolutely loved how quiet the beach was. Very few other people were out where we were so that was really really nice. It was truly a restful and wonderful trip. We would definitely come and stay again!

Amazing beach getaway!

This property is great for exploring the Port Canaveral area. Beach access is amazing, watch the cruise ships go in and out and play in the water. Close to Kennedy Space Center, cruise port, Coco Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the house was equipped with everything we needed to have a relaxed and comfortable stay.
